I had a GREAT experience at the Lake Worth, Tx. location and bought a few items before I joined. I went back and joined 2 days later and purchased a new laptop, wireless Keyboard and mouse combo along with a few other items and was just as pleased with the service and attention I received and saved a ton of money and learned a lot. Thank you to all the team members that took the time to check in with me during my visit, others stores I visited did not even acknowledge my presence.

By purchasing the membership I was able to save $1,600 on a new refrigerator and when it was delivered, the guy noticed it had a ding in the door and they made it right by offering us a new door or a $500 gift card.

Well worth the extra money. I just bought my first laptop and best buy made it very simple!

Good value if you buy "regularly" from Best Buy. There are gems in these exclusive sales from time to time! The 2 day shipping is a hit-or-miss from my experience, which is why Im deducting one star. My item has been stuck in "packaging" for a few days with no real answer other than "its coming."

I bought TV BECAUSE comcast tele. helper told me my set was dead. When the comcast installer came he found out it was only a a pulled plug. My return experience was quick, cordial and my credit card was promptly credited. I always go to Best Buy even for ink replacements for printer.

Having the membership save me a lot of money on installation of my tv, travel time, sweat, and the added benefits that you get.

So, it was like being rewarded with savings and discounts the rest of the year by filling the void in my heart that was left when my wife left me for her manager at Olive Garden with electronics. Great experience. My sales representative was amazing at explaining the Best Buy credit card and helping me find the product I was looking for. Had plenty of questions and he was able to answer each one of them. Even told me to be careful as I walked out the door and gave me a dark bag for my expensive purchase.

Great with the price match options where i could save more with more time

Great because I got a $100 store credit while only paying $50 for the benefits. Although it is renewed yearly, so far so good if you plan on buying big items like tv or appliances

I recently purchased the My Best Buy Plus™ - Yearly Membership and, to be honest, I haven't found it to be very useful so far. While the idea of member pricing and perks is appealing, I haven't made enough purchases to justify the annual cost. The discounts on the items I was interested in were minimal, and I would have been better off just waiting for a general sale. I also haven't needed to take advantage of the extended return window or free 2-day shipping often enough to feel like I'm getting my money's worth. Unless you are a very frequent or big-ticket Best Buy shopper, the value proposition of this membership is quite limited
