We are enjoying the Best Buy Plus membership benefits a lot. The reward certificates are real, and we bought two items using the certificates only. No restrictions! The best part is the price match feature within 60 days. We got $300 back from our TV purchase 15 days after the original purchase.

Great service and have the support when needed. Would recommend this service when purchasing a product from Best Buy.

The value is insane but I would suggest only getting it if you shop a lot here and want to try stuff.

If you buy a lot of stuff this is a pretty decent deal. There's discounts on certain items but I wish they would offer more discounts and more exclusive sales on items I actually want to purchase. It's worth it for me, but just barely. Your mileage may vary.....

Sound and quality are very good although they coupd be louder. Ear bud are kind of like a sponge so they mold really well and dont fall out. Just wish they were louder like i mentioned

For around 60/year, it is well worth it. Bonus deals, faster shipping and up to 60 days for price match and returns I believe. The watch I bought was on sale and the price match almost paid for the membership.

I purchased a laptop and an individual MicrosSoft office subscription for my wife in October. In December I needed to get a laptop for myself so I purchased one online and the agent I talked to told me that I could purchase the Microsoft family subscription and cancel the individual one and get a refund for the remainder of the year. I chatted with an agent this week who told me the same thing but that I needed to call to do it. That agent also told me I would receive a transcript of our chat via email, which never happened. When I called the agent told me that they could not refund the individual subscription. He did tell me to cancel my family and when I said that would mean I won’t have office on my computer he said yes. I asked to speak with a supervisor and when that person told me no I asked to be escalated again and he said no. I asked again and he said the answer won’t be different and I still said I wanted to speak with a superior. He said no and I asked again and he hung up on me. At no point did I raise my voice or use bad language. I have worked retail so I understand the agents side of things, but this has been the worst experience I have ever had.

I have made many purchases from Best Buy since it was first opened in Roanoke, VA in 1999. Been married since 2004 & we have purchased many items many times over in these 20 years. Having this Membership has been great for our Family. Just in the last 2 years, we have purchased 3 big TVs & 3 Mac Book Computers.

Dealt with great, knowledgeable salesmen. Price was great. Good recommendations and friendly attitude.
