    I wanted to purchase a 65 inch Samsung TV. First time I went in had a nice young man explaining the difference between Samsung and LG. I went home and I price checked other places. I went back to Best Buy with the thought that I am purchasing a TV. I had an older sales rep. I told him what I want to purchase and he told me that they did not have that tv. He showed me one for $1299. I stated I don't want that. He at that time said to me take it or live it and "I'm done with you" and he walked away. I was thinking of walk out but a nice men asked me if he could help me as I was walking out. Was very helpful and I always had great help with phones tablets, so I purchased the tv. after my purchase was completed , I asked to see the manager. Told him what occurred with the sales person. He apologized an d said it was good that I told him about that service. The delivery was set up for 1 day after my purchase. I was very surprised that best Buy Buy employs people that really don't want to be there and deal with the public. That is why I gAVE A "3"

    The membership is definitely worth it. I don't buy much from Best Buy year-round, but it's definitely helpful for when you're in need of a certain product but are unsure whether you should wait for it to go on sale. They offer price adjustments if your item goes on sale in the future. I became a member when my refrigerator broke down and they allow a 60-day return window so I can switch it to the other refrigerator I wanted when there's finally stock. Also, I was able to get the Plus Member deal on my iMac where I saved about $65 so I already made my money back!

    I was sold on this membership because of the supposed advantage to get invites to special sales involving collectibles i.e. Pokemon product. I have yet to see if that is the case.

    Under the Best Buy Membership program I recently bought a new 75” Samsung TV, with same brand Sound Bar system and a new TV Stand to hold it and was convinced by the Best Buy staff to sign up for the Best Buy Membership program. Honestly, I’ve been really happy with the Best Buy Membership program. It’s easy to understand and as everything was broken down to me by the sales rep. The free 2-day shipping and 60-day return window alone have saved me stress and money on the items I purchased and an option to get Geek Squad support is a huge plus. I’ve already used the tech help a couple of times and they solved my issues super fast—no extra charge. Definitely feels like good value if you shop at Best Buy a few times a year or want peace of mind with expensive electronics. The exclusive member deals and early sale access are nice bonuses too. I can view access everything on the Best Buy App as a Plus Member.

    Scored a $180 discount due to Best Buy Price match

    So glad the store rep advised me about this membership. The price matching is amazing. I bought a laptop last month, and the price dropped by over $180, and I was refunded the difference. Scored a great deal! Definitely recommend the membership if you are a frequent Best Buy shopper.

    I was skeptical of this but it’s super convenient and works great for exchanging, upgrading, and returns. So far what they say it does it does. Kinda nice in today’s company AI skewed world.

    Good membership, I paid little for a long time and I've definitely saved a lot of money, but if you don't usually buy much I wouldn't recommend it much, but if you're a frequent customer it's definitely a yes
