This was basically free for me due to a deal when purchasing my tablet. It provides some nice perks, and I think it will be easy to get the value I need out of it after my deal.

This membership offers more for the buck. I have piece of mind knowing I can visit the Geek Squad with issues about my device. Highly recommended.

This membership has real value, I get some excellent experience

Its totally worth of getting for the price reduction during purchase of bigger items. Its important to buy in combination with products that give you large discounts by adding the membership and free delivery. I got $150 discount on my products because of purchasing membership together and i paid $50 for membership and also got $150 e-gift card with free delivery..ao i saved lot of money. Lucky with the deal.

I'm not sure I'm figuring out how to get an advantage out of this membership.

Membership paid for itself n only had it for a month .... No complaints n they are doing everything it claims it will do. Recommend to anyone buying from best buy

WARNING: The membership perks of free 2 day shipping and 60 day return policies, among others do not apply to items purchased from 3rd party marketplace resellers. Also the Best Buy website does not allow filtering out 3rd party Marketplace resellers as of 10/10/2025. I searched for a Yamaha AV receiver I just bought from Best Buy, and apparently it is now ONLY listed by third party resellers, even though I just bought it a few months ago. Also when searching for items, who is selling it ( Best Buy or 3rd Party) isn't an option in the website search filter, nor is it make apparent when looking at a list of multiple results. I only see disclosure of the third party seller in the product page. If Best Buy wants a third party marketplace they need to be upfront about how any yearly subscription may or may not apply to each purchase, and make search results filterable. Best buy needs to do better than this clownish implementation of a 3rd party marketplace that impacts the value of our My Best Buy memberships, and be more open about what they are doing, and about how the value of the My Best Buy memberships have now diminished since it is not applicable across most all product search results amymore.

I almost didn’t get the membership but so glad I did it really came in handy when my laptop stopped charging. I took it in to the store and they pulled up my membership and sent it off without and problem. Excellent service and no out of pocket cost for me. You also get member only pricing on other items so it’s a win win if you ask me. I would recommend it one hundred percent to any one buying any electronic.

I'm not really sure what I got with this membership yet, but subscribing got me a good deal on the phone I was buying so assuming I get other good deals I'd say it is worth it.

The sales agent enthusiastically told me about this membership and it has already saved me the cost of the program. For those who make frequent purchases it would be highly recommended to participate.

Only got the membership to refund my metas, thought I had 30 days but they only give you 15 days to return unless u get this membership but atleast I didn’t have to put them on fb marketplace

Too slow on Customer Service and every time I go to Best Buy it’s hard to find salesman. it takes forever to find someone to help you,

Communication was good, the refrigerator arrived on time, they unloaded it, set it up, and removed the old refrig in no time. It was a great experience with very well-trained and experienced workers. This was our first purchase since becoming members but it well worth it.

This membership is definitely useful if you frequent best buy or plan to have multiple purchases soon. Two features that make it worthwhile in those cases is the extended return window and the member-exclusive discounts.

I recommend it 100% it looks so good and so perfect, it's really what I needed for my room

It never hurts to be ahead of the game & well taken care of.
