Ive been shopping at Best Buy since I was a kid. Now that I am all grown up and have money to spend this is the best option for me for all my electronic appliances and more. Thank you Best Buy for being very quick and reliable. The workers I have encountered all the time have always been very kind, knowledgeable and honest

I bought the same freezer again. It is an upright and I like the drawers.

Jaden once again saved the day. He found the problem within minutes of arrival and plugged in the cords that had been accidentally disconnected by my cleaning lady. Now, my initial call to Best Buy was not handled correctly. The person took all my information but never told me to expect an email from Best Buy with a link that I had to use to pay for the service. Consequently, I received emails from BB stating my appointment would be cancelled due to failure to pay. I called best buy again and the agent got everything fixed correctly, and asked me to stay on the phone until I'd received the correct email and go it all paid for. Thanks to him, everything got fixed. The Chat Bot on the Best Buy web site is awful. It doesn't understand anything you are trying to tell them and eventually they just transfer you to a person. Very frustrating dealing with their website!!!

Great for returning item but not useful for not using it often

We bought the membership and was able to get a product on discount. The only thing is I bought it for $49.99 and 3 weeks later they discounted it to 29.99

Asking me to leave a review with no heads up on the what the item is or even showing a picture is very mysterious. All in all, whatever I'm writing a review on Best buy has had my back for over 3 decades now.

The memberships is offer great value in rewards and has special perks. One of the amazing perks I’ve learned about the return period being extended from 15 days to 60. Having the extra time help me determined if the products worked for me. Being able to return products and having my account pulled with just my phone number help me stay at eased. Losing a recipient it no longer a problem with the rewards membership. Thank you Best Buy.

The delivery was very good the product was ok. The TV occasionally blacks out for a couple of seconds which is annoying especially when it does so at critical points. In addition, it comes from the factory with a backlighting (brightness) level set at its highest which can affect the life of certain component parts, and I do not know how to change it. Other than that, it's good value.

By purchasing I was able to return a product I purchased after the return date for a full refund since I had not used it.

I am glad I have the Best Buy membership. I bought a laptop recently from BB as always (previously I bought 4 laptops from BestBuy). The laptop was heavy and was getting too hot and I wanted to replace it with a lighter one and one that doesn’t get hot. This agent helped me find a replacement laptop and I hope it works well for me. Thank you BestBuy.

Most memberships aren't very good because you really have to spend a lot of money for it to be worth it, Best buy is different. The savings and value you get from being a member starts the first day with the first purchase, and best of all you don't have to spend a lot!
