    I get a lot of good offers and extra services that make my bestbuy plus membership worth it. The 60 day return window is nice too.

    My main complaint is that I was told at the time that it would auto renew every year. I was also told I could go home and login and turn that feature off. Could not find out how to do that, and when I called customer service I was told that can't be done. Best Buy misleading us again?

    My general Best Buy experiences have been poor over the past several years. I thought maybe things had improved. I recently was in store for a new back up camera for my son’s car. It was fine, I got talked into the plan because of lots of deals and geek squad support. Since then I maybe a significant purchase of a tv and sound bar and speakers. I set the delivery and install date and had a few questions regarding the purchase. I tried calling the store but I can’t get a hold of anyone, even to just know if my contact was working so I could stop in in person. Not an option. I have emailed a few times with limited response. I called and let me name and number for a manager to call back but nobody did. I then learned that my tv is not in stock so the delivery was pushed out 3 weeks. I went in the store, of course my contact wasn’t working and someone else told me that I could not change my order or risk pushing the delivery out further. He also said my install might be complicated, that geek squad might not be able to do it, and if they couldn’t, the would just leave my tv on the floor. So basically, no customer support for a $5000 purchase, no value from geek squad, no timely delivery, and on top of it, I get bombarded with garbage emails flooding my email. So I think I am going to cancel my order, maybe just buy something in stock, install it myself, cancel my membership thing and my credit card. It just isn’t and enjoyable experience. Josh

    I am so glad I signed up for this. Did so when buying my children some new devices for college. Since signing up I’ve purchased a Fire TV and Apple Watch so in the Apple Care costs alone I am in the green. Thank you to the associate who suggested we sign up fir this!!

    I was able to cut my internet bill in half and to get better service through starlink . Joining the membership club also got me a discount when I bought it .

    I highly recommend the Best Buy plus membership. They offer a lot of sales to members and you can’t beat the return policy. I’ll definitely be renewing my membership.

    If you're into tech, it's a great value. And even if you not, it could be very useful to give a try to a year, especially if you planning on upgrading you TV, PC or home theater sound system. I also appreciate the extra time the Best Buy team takes to help with shopping decisions.

    I really appreciated the knowledge and friendliness of the salesman that helped my wife and I. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us decide which television and soundbar we purchased. I would highly recommend other to do their purchases with this gentleman.

    I am so glad that the cashier in the store was so kind and shared the deals and perks of signing up for the plus membership. I highly recommend anyone to become a member at Best buy.
