So far the membership has saved me $200 on a purchase of a refrigerator. I haven't had the opportunity to use it for any returns. So far so good.

The membership is geared towards great savings it is worth it if you use it. There are a-lot of nice deals throughout the year at Best Buy to Capitalize on and to save big bucks.

Happy I have the membership, I didn't realize that certain perks came with the membership. Normally, I've shopped without and since ive done both, i see and appreciate the difference of having the membership and not having it.

Got the membership when I was looking to purchase a new washer and dryer. It help tremendously and I ended up purchasing both washer and dryer when all I needed was the washer . The price was so amazing with the membership I used it again to buy moms a new washer and dryer also.

Great value...you can tell what problems a computer may have immediately. If your a technician, or an administrator perfect deal extending the initial return policy much longer. Great work Best Buy.
