Worth it if you shop at Best Buy often, which I do.

IT A GREAT VALUE NOT JUST FOR ME . BUT MY ENTIRE FAMILY WE LOVE BEST BUY/ BB FOR THE HOLIDAYS, ALL OF OUR TECH HAS COME FROM BB AND WE LOVE THERE SERVICE, HOWEVER, SOME STORES HAVE BETTER STOCK THAN OTHERS.

While a member of MY BEST BUY PLUS I purchased a new washer and dryer. 45 days after the purchase the dryer it quit working. Standard response by Best Buy was to refer me to Geek Squad for repair, but due to my membership Which allows for a no questions asked return or replacement I am receiving a new dryer! Good job Best Buy....

I needed help with my TV delivery and install. And my tech did a wonderful job. However, managing the delivery time, and communications in general, were a problem.

We bought this with a MacBook computer. It’s cheaper than Apple Care. This is great and saved us money.

Membership allows easier and faster access to hidden discounts. Plus it extends return period and warranty.

Nice to have exclusive discounts for loyal shoppers, but I can't help but feel a lot of these discounts existed in some shape or form before. Free shipping used to be given to customers that spent a certain amount per year. Now you have to pay for that. A lot of the exclusive discounts don't apply to what I need. Also not happy about the move away from physical movie sales. I love having digital copies, but nothing beats the picture and sound quality for a 4K bluray of a big budget movie. Please don't end physical movie sales.

It works fine now just hard to set up. The problem was we have a second printer and it kept interfering with this one to set up so we had to unplug the one we had and then set this one up now it works great.

This membership is truly valuable. The member prices, plus unlimited support from Geek Squad, are great. Plus, I love the peace of mind that comes with having protection plans for our purchases!

I purchased an X box series x for my girlfriends son and he has been on it ever since. Using the online features to order this was easy. Pickup at the store made it so much more convenient.
