Honestly, it’s so worth it. Being able to return things within 60 days helps so much. If you’re anything like me who forgets to return things this comes in handy.

Am happy to finally join the Best Buy membership. I was hesitant before due to the annual fee, but am now glad to be on board as the savings are better than ongoing Geek squad support and membership benefits

Our new laundry room is small but the delivery/install crew managed to install the washer and dryer with pedestals without any issue. And even though they had a busy delivery schedule, they spent the needed extra time to be careful to install it into a tight space without any damage or scratches to the appliance, walls doorways, etc. They also did a great job cleaning up all packaging material before they left. In short, it's what every delivery experience should aspire to be.

I got this membership because I was recommended it buy a store associate, who actually helped me returned an item after it’s expired return date. Did not know that the membership includes a month to return items instead of its 14day return policy. Which is great opportunity for us as customers to try something out before actually being locked in to the item we choose. In my case I got the meta quest 3 and was not satisfied with it , therefore I returned the item. This membership has other great perks as Item discounts on top of store discounted items , 2 day shipping (which is great) and upcoming sales and events. Very great perks and well worth it, I personally myself might upgrade my membership to their Best Buy total membership.

This is my 3rd year with the plus membership and I tell my family, friends,coworkers.

With the extra discounts and the peace of mind with the extended return policy, I feel it’s well worth the cost.

From the jump I saved either $50 off a TV or I got this membership free for a year depending on how you look at it. Having said that it has paid for itself two times over on top of that as well. Seeing as the only difference between this tier and the next is automatic warranty coverage from Best Buy (which I will never get and refuse to do for reasons I will not get into to have to do with the industry in general not specifically Best Buy) the deals are nice the savings are awesome and if you shop at Best Buy for a big ticket item once maybe twice a year and know how to deal shop you can easily make back the cost of the subscription and then some.

Best Buy's membership is fire! Got a year's worth of deals, free shipping, and tech support. Worth it for the discounts alone. Upgraded my gear and saved big . Highly recommend for tech lovers and gamers. Simple and sweet deal.

It’s a solid member ship and saved me a few dollars off a laptop. However, I haven’t shopped there and have had no incentive since then. Was it nice for the moment ? Yeah. I just don’t see the point in having a long lasting subscription or even the upgraded one.

It is nice benefits just for the pro, able to get alot of technology delievered within 2 days is nice.

Thank goodness the Best Buy Associate suggested adding this membership...it saved us a lot of hassle. Best Buy is #1 for all our electronics!

Our experience was mostly positive. The sales agent was knowledgeable and well-informed about the products, which made the selection process easier. However, there was a small hiccup—when asked about the Best Products Plus program, we said we weren’t members. The agent enrolled us without fully explaining that there were different levels of membership, and we ended up with a billable tier we hadn’t anticipated. That said, the installation process more than made up for it. The technician was fantastic—prompt, efficient, and very well-organized. He walked us through everything and ensured the setup went smoothly. We highly recommend including Geek Squad for any installations and old equipment removal—they truly elevate the overall experience.
