If the stuff we bought goes on sale within the first 30 days of the membership we will get the difference back from our purchase. Don't really know anything else that's just what the sales guy told us.

Our salesperson advised that we would receive a rebate with our purchase. When do we have access to that rebate? We rarely step in the store and therefore have yet to use our membership.

I was met by a very helpful young man who gave me news I didn’t like but that’s not his fault! I wanted help with my Apple Watch that I purchased at B Buy. Intentional purchase at B Buy to avoid the Apple Store. But I understand that B Buy no longer services apple products due to the proximity of an Apple Store in Emeryville. TOO BAD! Furthermore, when I requested a price match for a camera I purchased at Best Buy, I was denied due to the item’s non-returnable status. This contradicts the membership’s promise of unlimited price matches from any retailer or date. Additionally, I have not received the promised two-day shipping service. Instead, I have consistently experienced delays of five days or more for my orders. Furthermore, I have not been able to access exclusive member prices. I strongly advise against enrolling in this membership. The claims made about its benefits are misleading and do not align with my actual experience.
