Membership is ok but i have not seen anything super great about it or any exclusive deals that tempt me to but more. I guess you can benefit more if you buy more often. It will be nice to have experiences for memeber exclusives. Maybe training or classes or somthing different as an additional add.

I always get apple products so why no just get this and automatically include my apple care with just one purchase for all my other apple/misc products.

I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered all of them. I am very happy with my 85" TV purchase and I'll be back for a new computer and perhaps another smaller TV for my bedroom... I am grateful the sales person I dealt with when buying our appliances takes us into purchasing the membership. This has been very helpful when having to return subsequent purchases. The store verified our membership and took care of everything we needed within minutes to replace damaged items.

It required six phone calls to finally get an appointment for an instore visit. On the day it was supposed to be ready, it wasn't and no one called to let me know that it wasn't ready. The one bright spot was that Alice helped me the initial day and knew I was headed out of town. So she, spent the afternoon getting it fixed so I could come back that evening and pick it up. Alice was great but overall my experience was poor.
