    This membership has real value because when I purchase items too large for my care, I take advantage of the Free 2-day shipping. I addition the 60-day return window makes shopping convenient and gives a peace of mind.

    It has already paid for itself by price matching things I’ve already purchased, plus the member pricing on things is awesome. I don’t know why it took me so long to get it.

    I signed up for the Best Buy Membership when I bought my MacBook Pro 16” in early April 2025 and I’m so glad I did! A few days later, I received a text from Best Buy that the same MacBook went on sale during the Easter holiday. I went back to the store and asked about the price match benefit, and they honored it right away. Within 12–16 hours, I received a $250 refund through a certificate. The process was super easy and smooth. It honestly felt like getting rewarded just for being a member! I highly recommend getting the Best Buy Membership, especially if you’re planning to make big purchases. You never know when the price might drop, and this perk alone already made the membership worth it for me.

    this membership is 100 percent worth it if you shop at Best Buy a lot then I say GET IT u get a 60 day return fee so its def worth it

    I’ve been really impressed with the My Best Buy Plus membership. The exclusive member pricing has already saved me a good amount on tech purchases, and I love the free 2-day shipping.     I recently went to your stores in Augusta, Maine and Portland , Maine in an attempt to purchase a new Subwoofer. I was initially told in Augusta that Best Buy had none fore sale. When I commented that the store website had stated that they did have units for sale the salesperson immediately Stated, after consulting her phone, that yes indeed they did have some available. I then asked her if I would be able to hear them, she said yes. When I arrived at the area in the store where they were located only two of the displays were working. Another salesperson told me that I wouldn't be able to have them demonstrated, but I could still buy one. He was corrected by another worker who said all he needed to do was to alert their IT person to come over to help. That worker came to fix the display, but I was told it would take 15 minutes to reboot. I came back and that display was now working, but I went to another one and it was not. Since I had now spent over an hour of my time, I left without purchasing anything. A few days late I went to the Portland store thinking I would be able to find working displays. They too could not demonstrate all of their models due to displays which were not working. Again I was told I could still buy one of their subwoofers. At both locations, salesmen had to search their phones for simple questions I asked regarding the equipment in the area of the store in which they worked and were supposed to have expertise. I can search the web also for information. What someone needs is the ability to converse with another person with knowledge of the equipment to render opinions and reasons why a purchase of specific units should be considered. I am astonished that in both experiences, salesmen thought that I would make a purchase of an expensive piece of audio equipment without being able to listen to them. I subsequently made my purchase at another retailer. All this being said, I wonder of the advantage of owning a membership at your chain and unfortunately, cannot clearly see one.

    I love tech and Best Buy feels like a second home especially the Best Buy I go to holland mi they are legit the nicest people I go there so much the supervisor remembers my name definitely feels like a friend almost he’s great and knows so much stuff about everything always quick to help me out in general couldn’t have gotten something better helped me get everything I’ve bought and I’ve bought alot

    Very good membership i got that before the Black Friday and i bought laptop and the price dropped after one month and half i called Best Buy they matching the price and refunded for me because i have a membership

    The Best buy staff were excellent in helping me select the appropriate television. The delivery crew were efficient and. On this rainy delivery day a box housing the TV leaned against the wall incurring a stain. The service man was very apologetic and cleaned it thoroughly. The setup of the TV was pretty straightforward.

    Generally I find this membership to be a very good value. Some deals that are members only are worth the cost of the membership alone. But you might want to review your spending history and plans before buying because if you don’t make many purchases it might not be worthwhile for you.

    Absolutely worth every penny to get the membership if only for tge extra return time for purchase and when they include the 3 month YouTube premium membership with the purchase of the Best Buy membership its basically paying for itself if you pay for YouTube premium already so it's 100% worth it

    I was skeptical at first, but really impressed a couple months in. In-store salesperson recommended the membership for multiple reasons, not the least of which was the extended price match guarantee. I had bought two LG OLED C4's so the price points were pretty high and any price reduction would more than pay for the BB+ membership. Sure enough, the prices fell. I returned to the store with my receipt expecting a hassle, but the staff credited my account with the price difference AND applied some of the rewards dollars I had accrued from the original purchase. I was so delighted, I bought a new printer with some of my savings! The Geek Squad guys who did the TV install were terrific as well. Really impressed overall.

    I mainly got this membership for their Nintendo Switch B2G1 free promos which was great for games that was also up for preorder. On top of that, I really appreciate the 2 month return period. I feel like a lot of the items that are specially priced are mostly not for me (i.e. Appliances). Legos are often (if not all) discounted which is the best way to fuel this expensive hobby. Unfortunately, this membership does NOT give you priority for in-demand items such as Pokemon cards. I have never been able to place any orders with their drop system or for the Nintendo Switch 2 system. I may be wrong but I read somewhere that a customer service rep said we might want to have this plus membership so that we have a better chance of getting these annoying cards in this day and age, but it certainly did not benefit me. Just mindlessly waiting in line until I get notified that its sold out. I don't foresee the B2G1 promotion being applied to the Switch 2 games so I'm afraid I will not renew this year. Maybe down the line I'll return.
