So far so good the product and style of this refrigerator is really what we needed

This membership is not worth it. Trust me. I bought this mainly for the 2 day shipping. 8 out of 10 times you will NOT get 2 day shipping. They wait days to send iut your order and they will send it ground almost every single time. Most orders wont get to you for 7-10 days. Ive contacted them 3 times about this and everytime they acknowledge the slow shipping, and then promise they added whatever into their end of the system so it “never happens again”. Lies and more lies. Also, the “member exclusive prices and sales”? Yea, they are a joke. You will find any of the relevant items that are on sale, cheaper at virtually all retailers. There is no perk for members for these sales. They make it look flashy and show a gigantic “before” price, and then the “member price”, which will be the same or higher than that item is sold for everyplace else. If you are looking to throw money at something useless, go buy a pair of shoes 3 sizes too small for yourself. Dont waste your hard earned money on yet another membership. ESPECIALLY this one. Its a waste. Complete waste.

My original purchase of a refrigerator turned out to not work for our situation. We bought a another more expensive one, and they took the original one back and installed the newer one. No questions; no problems. Everything is now excellent.

I like the extended return policy that the plan offers.

I love shopping here. It is very reliable. Sometimes even if I choose the wrong product and open the box, they help me without any problems and take the product back and replace the product I want. Thank you very much to the Best buy family.

How do you purchase this but if you’re not waiting on the purchases that I don’t think it’s necessary

The in store service and support was excellent and the membership discounts were icing on the cake!

I was glad to be able to use the price drop feature of the membership. When the price dropped on the MacBook Air,, the employees in the store were able to return the money on my credit card without much difficulty.. But it would be a much better feature, if it happened automatically, without my having to repeatedly go to the store to check the price for 2 months

definitely worth getting if you regularly buy at Best Buy. The membership will literally pay itself off in savings plus added discounts and extended return period.

The discounts are of real value. Plus, the people who helped get the value from this program were great!

I love the members first view on new items. I see the e-mails and jump on them immediately.

Would like to see more benefit and value on offer.

I've used my best but membership to price match after one product that I bought in the store got cheapear, and it was amazing. Worked so well, with an easy chat conversation. Worth it.
