The Associates a extremely helpful and demonstrate excellent customer service that leaves a lasting impression. The Store is always well organized ,stocked with quality products with reasonable pricing. Best Buy will always be the Store of my choice.

When I arrived in Europe neither of them worked. By the time we returned home the 14 return period had expired , however, since I have the My Best Buy Membership it automatically extended the return period to 60 days so there was no issue with returning the defective products.

The salesman was said my laptop is usuallly alot cheaper and i might be able to get a price match with this service. The price of the item I bought has only gone up. Supposedly if i cancel within 2 months I get my money back.
