My Best Buy membership Has been helpful when a price has gone down cheaper for purchase

Membership is great, better prices and no anxiety because I’ll always have unlimited geek squad support

This helps me price match, which is good with all the new upcoming Black Friday deals coming up. I also now get special access to exclusive pricing for members only. Definitely worth it.

All i can say is Best buy plus membership is well worth the purchase, With exclusive savings and special promotions it essentially pays for itself. I recently purchased a gaming monitor i without knowing i received a 50 dollar gift card!? As a thank you bestbuy also rewarded me with an additional $10 dollar reward! I recommend to go in store to purchase plus membership so a store rep can explain in more depth the benefits to the membership.

This was an add in at checkout. Once again the phenomenal team at the store was able to explain everything about this to me and show me the true value of this plan.

The cashier recommended that I purchase the Best Buy Plus membership in order to get the maximum discount on the purchase that I was making at the time. I intend on cancelling the membership before it automatically renews because I rarely make purchases at Best Buy.

I haven’t had to purchase electronics in a while up until about a few months ago. I can honestly say that great customer service goes a long way and knowing the products helps making a purchases a lot more easier. I hadn’t planned on opening up new credit card, but this was so worth it. I think this is the first card I had where you really see awesome rewards and it does not take forever to get them. It actually feels good to enter a store and not get overwhelmed and feel pushed into buying things you don’t need. Thanks Best Buy!

This TV is incredible. We love it. I would highly recommend it! The only thing that I didn't like was the continual rescheduling of my delivery, which finally came only after I had to change the specific TV I was getting. This one is actually the next step up from my original ordered TV.

So my first question about the program was "is it worth it?" Then answer is yes, it is. As much as I purchase from BB, the program has paid for itself in 6 or 7 months. The best part of the plan is the extended return policy. Had I not had the membership, a recent purchase of a graphics card would have been a 150 dollar brick since it took 2 weeks to determine the underlying issue that caused the return. The computer was the issue, but BB folks didn't mind as long as the item was in the original box with all items intact. So, 1 return saved me that cost. Overall, the program does pay for itself if you make regular or higher priced items. A bunch of small purchases could also add up to create your value. Your mileage may vary, but for the price, I've found it to be a great membership to have.

I had a washer that was damaged in transit to my home. Somebody in your corporate headquarters told me that they would buy it back for parts at least give me some money back on it. Everybody at the store kind of looked at me weird like that ain't never going to happen and it hasn't happened and I've been told it won't happen so I'm not really happy with Best buy because if they don't care about me why should I care about them.? So, no I don't think I will tell anybody to go to Best buy they don't seem to care.

It’s not that I don’t love the benefits, but I have had these benefits for years without having to pay yearly for them. We have always used Best Buy for our purchases, so we have spent enough yearly to always maintain the highest level of rewards and benefits. Now we have to pay 49.99 yearly for the same thing, but it’s making us possibly walk away from Best Buy as the main point for purchases. The discounts you get on most items can be beaten easily by a quick web search, which never has been a thing at Best Buy.

Although I don’t shop at Best Buy very often I have already benefited from the membership because they have so many deals and discounts.

My order was received correctly. Despite a delivery driver (Tony) suffering a leg injury, he made a great effort (through great pain) to carry my equipment (which was very heavy) to the third floor (No elevator).
