Price was good service was ok. I think they didn't have enough staff

This membership is a real value when planning on many purchases, like purchasing all of the computer components to build a new computer. I selected the lower membership option to get the member lower costs and free shipping. I would have gone with the higher end membership if they explained it better. For example, everything is covered for 2-years, but no explanation of how that works and there's no retail store in our area.

I was tricked into purchasing this by being told it would be free with my purchase. However i was charged for it. And given 2 $25 vouchers to spend on additional products. I have not needed this at this point, so have no further review

Phil did a good job coming out to my house on assessing what I would need for my audiovisual needs. The geek squad also did a great job. Very friendly, professional and made sure the work was done correctly. The gentleman who programmed my universal remote also did a great job. So far, I am pleased with the experience and it is worth the cost.

I love the nlr ar location.. every time I go in there for computer stuff they actually have someone who is knowledgeable about the things I’m asking and looking for.. had one guy set up with an awesome prebuilt gaming p/c and he was absolutely right on what it could handle.. he even took the time to show and compare a few p/c for wht I was looking for in a p/c and also with the ones that were on sale for a cheaper price as the sales where what I was looking at.. long story short I bought a desktop and a lab top.. iv gone in for upgrades that I didn’t need help with but they had someone there to open a case and they actually had the products I was looking for.. next big purchase was with a completely different employee and he again helped me to the t with finding the particular monitor (49 Samsung qled ultra wide 144hrz 1440p with the 1200r curve.. it said online they had 2 on sale. I get there it wasn’t in the system. I had previously walked around and found 2 boxes down low on a shelf. Told him. We took the time to actually check and scan both boxes. To figure out why they have them yet it says not in stock and see if he could actually sell me one.. both boxes ended up being used returned monitors. He even told what each was missing in the box and or what was wrong with them so I could make the best decision. The one I got was only missing some mounting hardware and well I had mounting hardware for monitors and p/c building. Just needed a single standard screw for the stand with by the way is still not installed Becky’s the stand had no bends or stress and it sits just fine without ( screw will still be added for measure) and it’s missing the beauty cover for the back of said stand that you could hide some wiring in for wire management but the monitor is beautiful.. great job nlr ar location. Oh and with the membership I feel like employees notice fast and they really try and help me out as I stated above they have went above and beyond for me so far. And the deals are great being a member also. %100 would encourage membership especially with the nlr ar location.

The membership has good rewards. Member only deals are the same price on Amazon so really the advertising is very misleading thinking you’re getting a great deal. If you’re planning on buying a bunch of things or are willing to use the BB credit card outside of Best Buy then the membership is worth it.

My Best Buy Plus has been totally worth it. The free shipping, exclusive deals, and extended return window have already saved me money and made shopping easier. Definitely a solid membership if you buy from Best Buy even a few times a year.

I originally signed up to save over $100 on a new refrigerator. Since then, I have earned certificates on numerous purchases and it seems like a good and worthwhile program. I am currently in the process of buying a new OLED TV and I have to say, the process is very frustrating. It turns out that prices on many items, especially TV's often change almost daily. Sometimes there is a straight discount, sometimes there is a member discount and sometimes both, but they literally change overnight and sometimes even within the same day. If there are member specific discounts for items, it would help immensely if the duration of the offer was specified. There is also a 60 day price guarantee, so if the price drops you can be reimbursed, but it would be much simpler if duration was consistent and identified up front.

I’ve been using the My Best Buy Plus membership for a few months now, and it’s absolutely worth it. Its absoulutley exciteing when i go to purchase an item at best buy and go to the check out to find ive got a bunch of discounts It truly help my low incom family

Haven’t used it so really have nothing to go off of. I hope it’s as good as what they were selling it for if I should ever need it. The question would I recommend it? It’s hard to say I’ve not used it.
