I've been a member of the My Best Buy Plus membership for more than a month now, and I've been very happy with it. I'm a tech enthusiast, and I shop at Best Buy frequently. The My Best Buy Plus membership has saved me a lot of money on electronics and appliances, and it's also given me access to exclusive benefits that I wouldn't have otherwise had.

I had an issue with the orginal laptop I purchased and without this membership, I wouldn't be able to replace the laptop.

Best Buy Plus Membership is providing more flexibility on returns and price match option. I feel protected even on a bad purchase decision, damaged product and if the product is not found to be worthy enough etc.

I didn’t feel like the membership was much value overall. Many of the things I used to buy at Best Buy on a regular basis are no longer offered, or are very limited, like movies and video games. I think I only went in the store 2 or 3 times the whole year, and was disappointed by the stock each time, which also meant that I made very few purchases. It’s hard to recoup your money spent on the membership when the store doesn’t have anything you want to buy. It does seem to help with larger purchases though, and if you’re planning on buying an appliance, it would likely be worthwhile to get the membership and wait for a sale.

Love the services and the options that are always helping your every need or problems

I like having the membership for the discounts on video games/ accessories. I also like having it for geek squad repairs if I ever need any.

Usually I don’t like to have memberships for stores, but Best Buy has never let me down whenever I shop with them. I just thought since I shop with them so much why not get discounts and other rewards with their membership and so far I haven’t been disappointed with them.

I hung a tv in a guest room and this was perfect and easy to hang

While I have only just signed on for this program, I do so with real doubts as to how long this program will last. I have been a faithful customer for over 30 years, but now look elsewhere when I can as have had issues with installation and now lack faith in the company.

Joined up as I planned on making some big purchases and wanted the extended return windows and other benefits.

This membership is helpful if you’re moving to new places and need a lot of household electronics. It gives you peace of mind and extra protection.

Good for what it is, for a year membership was happy

I would recommend the membership to everyone because there are so many advantages with it especially 90 days return policy and Delivery Time

The membership is literally great. They send you deals a lot and frequently also. When I went to look at my currently laptop on my Best Buy website , I did not have the membership plus at the time. What made me purchase it at Best Buy is that the price was cheaper to buy the membership included with the MacBook than it was to buy the MacBook by itself.

Worked out really great for me. I would recommend.

I don’t use this enough to gain any value.only make purchases occasionally so trying to figure out the value of having it.

I haven't been able to use my account. I can't log in, it doesn't recognize any of my email addresses. I purchased a dish washer and the person helping me signed me up for the account.

I added the My Best Buy Plus Membership to extend the warranty and return period for the 86” 8K Samsung TV I bought last year. We loved the TV so much neither was needed. But for only $49 a year, it was well worth it.
