Membership's full value remains to be seen. I have purchased few items from BestBuy over the past 10 years.

Phone numbers ae saved in 2 locations. Best Buy had my correct phone number for sales. My phone number for customer support was incorrect. It took a month to identify and correct the problem. This is unacceptable.

I’m so glad I signed up for the Best Buy membership! The benefits have made shopping even more enjoyable. You can save a lot of money on and it’ll basically give the value of the membership back, it’s pretty cool and for the year it’s relatively cheap.

There's a couple things to consider when getting this membership. How much do you actually shop at Best Buy? Do you actively check the APP? Do you have the Best Buy Credit Card? While certainly not an extensive list, some of these questions could play a roll in whether or not this membership is worth it. When I initially purchased my membership I did it as a "test" run because there was an deal through the credit card that offset some of the cost with a best buy reward certificate. Since signing up I have saved even more money on various things I would have otherwise bought, which has further offset the other costs of it (lego sets discounts, various in-app offers, etc). What's more, is that best buy (the website or app) also tracks the year-to-date "savings" of the membership itself as well, further letting you know if purchasing it was worth it. Anyhow, whether or not it is worth it to YOU is going to be down to your spending habits of course, but I'd recommend it at least a a trial run.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Best Buy. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help without being pushy. Whether I’m shopping for a new laptop, headphones, or home appliances, they’ve consistently had a solid selection and competitive prices. I recently picked up a smart TV, and the associate walked me through all the features, helped me compare models, and made sure I got the best deal. Checkout was smooth, and I appreciated how clean and organized the store was. Their price match policy is also a big plus. I’ll definitely keep coming back for electronics and tech gear. Highly recommend!

Best Buy plus membership is well worth the membership fee. The perks make it definetly worth while.

Purchased this membership while buying a new laptop less than a month ago. I already received the 1st $10 rewards certificate, plus a $50 rewards certificate for the purchase of the laptop. So I've already got my money's worth! I also like the special deals that are offered with this membership.

So my first question about the program was "is it worth it?" Then answer is yes, it is. As much as I purchase from BB, the program has paid for itself in 6 or 7 months. The best part of the plan is the extended return policy. Had I not had the membership, a recent purchase of a graphics card would have been a 150 dollar brick since it took 2 weeks to determine the underlying issue that caused the return. The computer was the issue, but BB folks didn't mind as long as the item was in the original box with all items intact. So, 1 return saved me that cost. Overall, the program does pay for itself if you make regular or higher priced items. A bunch of small purchases could also add up to create your value. Your mileage may vary, but for the price, I've found it to be a great membership to have.

When purchasing products it is never a consideration that Geek Squad is included. Most electronic products have worked well with no issues.

Membership just makes sense especially with their price matching within the specific timeline. You could litterially save hundreds of dollars.. I did! Lol

After having a devastating fire we were ready to replace our new home TV's. At the same time we purchased the membership. We have already saved over $500 by easily using the BEST BUY app. This membership has absolutely paid for itself and beyond within a month! We were notified of the price change via text message and we would highly recommend.

I like seeing the low prices that I get before regular customers do , I have used this to my advantage…good membership to have …would recommend to anyone that shops Best Buy frequently

This membership is great. By paying little cost fo a yearly subscription you can get huge savings all year around. It also has 60 return policy and many more benefits. Check the website.
