Great perks purchasing the Best Buy Plus membership

Great quality, location & sales keep me coming into your stores! Staff is knowledgeable and helpful when I need them.

I have been a member of the Best Buy programs for a long time. I'm not a fan of the pricing that they recently introduced, but I guess they have to support the benefits in some way - so I understand. I love the extended return/exchange policy just in case I get a defective product, I know I have 60 days to exchange it.

It has some decent perks with shipping and a few others, but one of the "perks" was receiving discounts ahead of anyone else getting them. I have received one discount note since I have been a member that gave a very small discount on one item. It was truly anemic....I get more discounts with Best Buy using the Honey extension on Chrome than I get from being a member. Still, it does have a few nice perks so I gave it 3 stars which is "Average"

I have loved having this it has helped me keep track of items warranties and helps me find exactly what I’m looking for.

The first tv arrived already damaged. Two trips to the Dover store before we could have another one sent. We then had two tv charges to our credit card until we again contacted the store to have one removed. By the end of 2024 and entering 2025, things should be easy and it clearly was not so.

This is probably a good choice for many. But we saved only $3 after 1 yr of membership. We did get great prices on the TV, Sound Bar, Printer, Tablet, etc. But only an overall saving of $3 for $50 member fee. So for now, we are not going to renew. Also free shipping isn't a big deal for us, we live right down the block from a Best Buy.

Membership very value. I have not use yet. , but pretty soon I will use it. I been a Best Buy customer for very long, I have purchased very large items, and I will continue to be a customer for much longer. Best Buy is a good company, that I can trust.

Great for discounts especially when buying large appliances! Best Buy membership saved me some money! I was also able to save more when the price on the item I bought went down at a competing store and Best Buy matched the price and sent me the savings.

Great service by sales team. The tech team helped with choosing the best membership for the best deals. I enjoyed the prompt service and quick transaction. Been a member for years now.
