What a surprise! Was looking for a printer, saw one online on sale. Went in to buy it. They asked me if I was a plus member, I was not, but interested. As they told me about it, I purchased it on the spot, and to my astonishment the priced reduced over a $100 just for being a member. Why not? Should have had membership forever, won't happen again. I love the member deals

I am currently a My Best Buy Plus member, which costs $50 per year. Best Buy has another membership called My Best Buy Total, which costs $180 per year. With the one I have; you receive several benefits, such as free 2-day shipping and a 60-day return window on most products. Best Buy also has sales that are exclusive to My Best Buy members. If you upgrade to the Total plan, you receive several additional benefits that are worth it if you buy a lot of expensive electronics from Best Buy. For example, you get 24/7 tech support, VIP member support, 20% off repairs, and protection plans are included with most products as long as you maintain your membership. That includes AppleCare+ for all Apple products where AppleCare+ is available. If you typically buy AppleCare+ for your new Apple products, the savings could be significant if you subscribe to My Best Buy Total instead of buying AppleCare+ separately for each product.

So far very pleased wit the product. The delivery and installation was right on schedule.

My Best Buy Plus membership is very useful. It offers great deals, member discounts, and special offers throughout the year. I like the extra savings and the peace of mind when buying electronics. If you shop at Best Buy often, this membership is definitely worth it.

Easy to make returns. I wish there was a way that Best Buy could contact us if there was a price drop on large ticket items so we could get a refund. Kind of a pain to have to keep checking the price.

Geek Squad Representative was awesome, he knew I was only working with $500 and I just lost my job was trying to get some for my granddaughter for x-mas. Applied for ZIP but we were having a lot of issues with the systems. So, I called ZIP the representative said please try again 24-48 hours the account was locked. The Representative was Awesome I wish we had more people and workers like him.

Although I have not yet used my membership, I feel comfortable knowing that I have a team I can rely on for expert support and service.

I typically do not go for add-ons, but with the computer I was purchasing, it made sense. I did have to swap out the computer within 60 days, not due to hardware issue, the graphics card did not have enough memory for the photo apps I was running. BB took the original unit back and I got the new PC within a week. I worked with the Geeks and they were extremely helpful getting licensing changed over to the new unit.

When I bought this it came with a $50 reward gift card. Whose value I'd lose if I returned the item I used it to help buy. That really sucked! I bought a computer chair and paid $50 of the cost with the gift card. The chair arrived with damage, a scrape in the artificial leather. It's seat was way to hard to sit in. Since I'd lose the $50 gift card value if I returned the piece of junk I didn't. It'll be in the dumpster when I find a decent replacement! As to the plan I found it covered a couple things that did save me some expense. I do wish it have covered finding out why a brand new $1300 Dell laptop occasionally froze in boot-up. That I did take back the same week but would rather of had the problem the problem fixed. It was a great laptop once it did boot up! Best Buy lost major money because it was returned! .

Best Buy is definitely my go to for electronics for many reasons! I like to try before I buy. They are fantastic at having things on display so you can see how new products work. They have a knowledgeable staff that is always friendly and happy to answer questions. They also have a fantastic return policy. My only complaint is that I typically leave with more than I went in for!! However I run a small buisness so that usually equates to better productivity!

I guess it’s ok…I haven’t really found this tier anything extra special. I should have opted for the more expensive tier that way I could have gotten free service plans with everything I bought.

I have no complaints but I wished I used it more. I would recommend getting it if you shop a lot here.
