The Best Buy Membership is an excellent service that is not only cost efficient but useful especially if you plan to use Best Buy a few times every month. The deals you get with the Membership is great and will save you money.

I love ny new laptop, it runs smooth with no issues. Super fast gameplay! And also i an going back to school so it has the capability to assist me in all my work i need to get done.

There's a couple things to consider when getting this membership. How much do you actually shop at Best Buy? Do you actively check the APP? Do you have the Best Buy Credit Card? While certainly not an extensive list, some of these questions could play a roll in whether or not this membership is worth it. When I initially purchased my membership I did it as a "test" run because there was an deal through the credit card that offset some of the cost with a best buy reward certificate. Since signing up I have saved even more money on various things I would have otherwise bought, which has further offset the other costs of it (lego sets discounts, various in-app offers, etc). What's more, is that best buy (the website or app) also tracks the year-to-date "savings" of the membership itself as well, further letting you know if purchasing it was worth it. Anyhow, whether or not it is worth it to YOU is going to be down to your spending habits of course, but I'd recommend it at least a a trial run.

The membership works out pretty good if you shop at Best Buy a lot. It has many benefits to getting it and gives you a longer period of time to return items.

For the cost, this membership is a good value if you shop electronics or appliances at least once every couple of months or a few times a year. For many items, I often see a "plus" price that is comparable to Amazon/Target/etc, or better, and often on items that aren't on sale at other places. In addition, I see Plus prices on top of sale prices on many items, giving a very nice discount. I buy most of those types of items from Best Buy if they have what I'm looking for when I need it. Just one Plus savings on an item like TV or refrigerator pays for the membership for a year. The customer service from Best Buy couples with the membership and makes shopping at Best Buy worthwhile. Service in-store is usually good, and online service has been excellent. This is speaking from years of experience purchasing online from Best Buy. Deliveries are quick, and any issues are taken care of right away. Returns in-store are smooth and easy. Almost all of my electronics/appliance purchases are done through Best Buy nowadays, from refrigerator to tv to tablet to computer accessories to small appliances, you name it...there's always a decent selection and often a Plus price to sweeten the deal, along with 2-day shipping (which often arrives in one). They carry more categories of things online than you see in-store, so it's worth shopping online with them when looking for items. The sales and events for Plus members are decent, but I find that I normally go looking to buy things when I need them, which may or may not coincide with a sale event. However, I've gotten a deal from the Plus price often enough that I'll renew it again when it comes up.

This is worth it for the people who shop a lot here. It definitely saves you money if you use it enough.

I got this membership two years back and saved lot of money with lot of benefits from Best Buy. You get a great deals all the time and you have an additional advantage in terms of returns.

Was worth every penny. Save almost 200 on receiver day of purchase and have 60 days on price match that saved me thousands on the Klipsch speakers I’ve purchased in the last 2 weeks.

The membership has been totally worth it. I’ve saved money with the exclusive member prices, and the free shipping makes online shopping super convenient. Having Geek Squad support included adds extra peace of mind for my electronics. Highly recommend for anyone who shops at Best Buy regularly.

I have been dealing with a brand new TV, which was not delivered the day it was supposed to be. I called geek squad sunday to see if I could get someone to explain some things on the TV because the installer failed to show or explain anything to me. Monday, this tv picture froze on me 5 times. The first geek squad agent asked if I had plugged the tv to get it to work again and that seemed to be the popular response by every agent. The second agent sent me to sony and I got the same response. He told me that was first so he could start a case for me. The last agent I talked to said I had a defective tv and did I want a new TV or have repair come to my home. I chose repair and I think I'm happy I did. Repair came out Thursday and it took him 30 sec to find the issue. Apparently the person Saturday who did my install was third party and did not know what he was doing. He even told me Saturday he didn't know much. Repair had everything working in just a few minutes. He told me to always insist on geek squad repair any time I needed the tv worked on as third party people here are not capable of knowing how to work on tvs. At this point the tv is working beautifully, but the picture freezing is intermittent. I have another appointment Sunday to try and learn the basics of the tv.

I wish there were more discounts with membership. But overall alright.
