Some items still not getting 2 day shipping. Not a huge fan of misleading info.

I appreciate the customers service I have received at the Montebello location. I don’t have the associates name - I forgot it. However i appreciate it. I’m a happy customer and I mostly appreciate the attention given to me each and every time.

Saved us money and paid for it self. Bought new tv and speaker system and got money back to buy more speakers .

If you travel a lot it's a great way to accrue points at can help you save money on your rooms.

I was leery about ant membership sales pitch, however, this membership saved me money on my washer/dryer purchase. Hopefully it will save me money on future purchases.

Helpful to have extend returns and some bonus deals with purchasing. That’s about it. Doesn’t do much more with product protection or customer support unless you’re willing to pay substantially more for added warranties or a higher level plan. A lot of what this offers I used to have with my higher level Best Buy rewards membership through earning spend thresholds have now been removed and placed in paid programs such as this one.

I've been really happy with the sales support, the quick shipping and the immediate replacement of a missing tablet. I am not one to buy such memberships, but this one has proven to be worthwhile.

The added protection and use of Geek squad makes it worth the money but the added benefit of price match within 60 days already paid for itself and the price match money back is quick and easy

It was good because I have bought a lot of stuff. But if you are not planing to buy a lot of items, I am not sure if it’s helpful

Great value for money as there are exclusive discounts for members. I got more than $50 discount when I bought a vacuum cleaner last year. I got my worth for the membership cost with a single purchase.
