100% valuable. This retroactive membership helped me replace my chromebook that i shattered and bent and it died a painful death, just 52 days after purchase. It was able to replace it with a shiny new one! Thank you to Hayden in Ftc co for 5hinking of this solution:)

When I made the purchase, I was given the email addresses of the supervisor and the manager to contact them. The supervisor isn't receiving my emails because his inbox is full, and the manager isn't responding. Therefore, it's impossible for me to file a complaint about the service I purchased

I originally purchased this for the Buy2 Get1 on switch games and that's no longer an offer. Used it a lot for blurays and movies and those are no longer being sold. So I'm not sure if I'll continue this when its expires. They have a lot of deals on appliances and whatnot, so if you're in the market for that then this might be really nice for you. But the miscellaneous and occasional deal might not be worth the price to me.

I was able to enjoy a discount on some memory cards I needed for my camera due to the membership. I have to wait to see what other benefits may be useful.

I got robust support when it comes to order deliveries and staff responsiveness but unfortunately my experience in after sales services for pixel 8 & Dell laptop is not up to mark.I visited three two stores then settled the issue only for pixel 8 after whole day loss.Issue still pending for laptop for which best buy refer to go to Dell manufacturer.Despite all I personally believe its a good one for electronic purchases.

The membership saved enough money to make an upgraded laptop reasonable for me. I haven't benefited from it on any other purchase yet.

The extended return times and surprise member only deals have made this worth the price. I've seen deals that I haven't taken advantage of but if I was in the market, would be just the cherry on top.

Honestly, I feel like scare tactics combined with a healthy understanding that nothing is built to last anymore, caused us to join and add warranty coverage. I hope we don't need it. We did need to use the manufacturers coverage within first 6 months and BEST BUY refused to help us at all, with any of it.

It's fine when you are burying something otherwise it to. Expensive to keep.
