This is excellent. The Best Buy Card Membership is a great option for frequent shoppers who enjoy purchasing electronics and tech products. It offers special financing options, reward points, and occasional member-only deals that can save you money over time.

This is one membership I have used to its fullest. If you are in need of electronics or household appliances Best Buy is the first and last place you should look. Always friendly help.

For me, the entire point of signing up for Plus was the promise of priority and improved odds on high demand releases. Best Buy customer service repeatedly told me that being a paid member would grant me priority in these virtual “lines”. The reality is, it doesn’t do anything. Your odds under a paid membership are no better than free members. It also does not give you improved odds for their “invite only” purchasing windows, either. I’ve entered their virtual queues several hundred times over the last 12 months and have only been successful less than 10 times. On top of that, in the year since I signed up for Plus, Best Buy has made absolutely ZERO improvements to back-end infrastructure that would help to mitigate bots from buying out all the high demand product. While you sit in a fake line, bots just breeze right past it and buy swaths of product. In a time where all of their competitors have at least attempted to make strides to help their human customers secure product, Best Buy has chosen to do nothing. Every single high demand release or drop is botted to high heaven. It’s a joke. Any time I called Customer Service and complained about my experience, they just say they’re sorry and say they will note my issue and pass it along. Then there’s the exclusive offers for Plus members. They’re comically bad. They’re usually ~5-10% off products no one wants in the first place. Or on the rare occasion it is a desirable product, you can find a better price from one of their competitors without the need for a yearly membership. Listen, I know my issue probably seems stupid to some people reading this, but this is the main reason I signed up and paid for this membership and it doesn’t function anything like they promised. Anyone else considering this program for the same reason should know ahead of time. To other people considering Plus: if you just want a longer return window, then sure, sign up for Plus. That’s about all it’s good for. Otherwise, don’t bother.

This membership has already paid for itself! I purchased an early holiday gift and because I have the membership, when the price was better in a sale weeks later, I was able to price match.

Haven’t been a member long,I bought a refrigerator from Best Buy outlet,Bowie,Maryland.I must say everyone was very helpful and accommodating.The manager Adam,I think his name was,very knowledgeable and personable.I thank the employee,had to bring frig. Back,too large,Adam was very helpful in the process.

I had been a My Best Buy member at the free level of service for years. When we bought a device, they offered us a "free" year of MBB+. I like the 60-day return window idea, though I hope not to need it.

Had a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE being helped by Alyssa Michelle, even though he worked in the back she answered the question I originally stopped and asked about But WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY, because she didn’t even work on the floor. That Store representative ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY DESERVES A RAISE AND MORE. Being new to the area and the state She 100% made us feel welcomed and informed with this purchase and she helped us to make a decision we wouldn’t regret telling us all the strengths and weakness’ wit each brand without talking down on any brand or Unit. How she didn’t that we are still amazed by. THAT IS AN ABSOLUTE SKILL, and she needs to be acknowledged for that. And hopefully she gets a raise on top of a raise she was that deserving. We love our membership and the Service we received And again the service was done with such grace and patience all while being informative and not rushed. This being a major purchase for a home, and a new home at that can be a little intimidating when looking at a sea of appliances but that went as good as anyone could ever ask for. Definitely promote her, because she made best buy a part of our lives forever

This membership is an AMAZING value. It has more than paid for itself with the amount of money it has saved me just from having it. Got it for free when I bought a MacBook Air but I will definitely be keeping this membership and renewing it when the time comes

Membership is a really good deal if you shop at BestBuy! Combine it with their door-buster deals and you’ll even get more discounts! Always ask if there is an on-going promotion and their associates will even stack it either to your yearly membership or purchase.

The membership was a great value, but I was told once I got this and if I copied the code on my receipt from such a big purchase, I would get credit on my statement when the item went on sale that never happened unfortunately

I did not know about the membership plus u til I bought my dishwasher . Can’t wait to use the perks when I buy my next appliance .
