The salesman sold us on this membership, Then said we shouldn't buy a computer that day, we should wait for the Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals to come out (with special offers just for members!) We did that, and in a few days, the price on the laptop went back up to the regular price! Sorry, no getting it for the sales price any more - but if you buy it for the regular price, you get two months to search the internet for the exact same product for a lower price - provided it's from one of Best Buy's list of qualified dealers. No thank you, considering I could find a slightly better PC, for slightly more than Best Buy's sales price, available on Amazon that day! So Best Buy made 50 bucks on the membership, and lost $1500 on the sale of two laptops. Worked out OK for us, but not a great deal for them.

This membership helps out a lot and helps me get major discounts and certain items.

These extended warranties are like insurance. Kind of like buying a fire extinguisher, hope you never need it.
