I am really excited every time I visit the store because there’s always someone with a smile waiting to help.

We love our membership. We enjoy shopping at Best Buy and have had positive experiences. Sales people are friendly and helpful. No hassle with returns and shipments came so fast.

So far, seems to work good. Have not had to reboot as often as the last ones

Was able to use this when the price drop on my AirPods. It was well worth the investment

Customer service was exceptional. Staff asked what the main items I used on my laptop and what I could visualize using in future. They showed me choices from all price points, very helpful.

I bought insignia washer and dryers 18 years ago and I am still using the dryers is still working good washer serviced once and still working. Your products and your service is outstanding.

I hate subscription models like this, but at least I have an extended return window which I have needed on my last few purchases.

Have made a few purchases recently, but just not sure if the membership cost will even it out. I do like getting rewards that lower prices.

I signed up for the member pricing. I like the peace of mind that I can get help with Geek Squad and in the worse case scenario, easier returns.

I am struggling to find value with this membership. While I have covered the "cost" of the membership this year, I have not benefited from much for the special discounts for products. I have bought more this year at Best Buy than in previous years and cannot see the benefit beyond the expedited shipping and no shipping costs. Need to see more variety for the My Best Buy Plus deals for this to be a value for me.
