I am struggling to find value with this membership. While I have covered the "cost" of the membership this year, I have not benefited from much for the special discounts for products. I have bought more this year at Best Buy than in previous years and cannot see the benefit beyond the expedited shipping and no shipping costs. Need to see more variety for the My Best Buy Plus deals for this to be a value for me.

Amazing, I got gift cards to help me pay for college essentials

The employee that helps me with my purchase of Bose soundbar 900 and base 700 was very knowledgeable and explained to me in a simple and practical way. He even told us to watch for a price match for 2 months. I was able to have a price refund of $50 due to price decrease.

I earned 40 dollars in bestbuy rewards from buying $250 in Nintendo merchandise. I used that and another $10 reward ($50 total) to preorder a game. When the game came out I ended up not wanting the game anymore so I took the unopened game back and returned it within a week of recieving it. I only got refunded the $10 I spent which was fine because the cashier told me that I would recieve the $50 bestbuy bucks credited back to my account later. Fair. Come to find out since it was from a "promotion" that the $50 is now forfeit! I didnt recieve that money as a "gift" i spent hard earned money to earn it. Not only that, were I not told that $10 was all I was getting for returning my $60 game I would have just kept the game! Ive spent tens of thousands of dollars buying stuff from this company (probably 100k) over the last 20 years from appliances, TVs, videogame systems, phones, headphones, computers, ipads, refrigerators, ect... and youre just going to take my $50 credit that I was going to use to buy a different game and say, "sorry". And they were quick to take the $2 back in BB rewards eaned for the purchase. I feel incredibly distespected. Punished. I cannot in good conscience recommend this at all. They lost a long time customer.

My Best Buy membership is a great membership because it is super easy to use and maintain. The more you use it, the more discounts you may be able to earn. You will also get email updates about your account as well as different promotions that may be currently going on.

My Best Buy card allows me to use the technicians for help. Glad I purchased it.

Originally bought this to save money on a new TV. It has saved me quite a substantial amount of money on things that I would be buying anyway on a regular basis. It’s a no brainer to get this if you buy more than 3 tech items per year.

The membership was a good deal especially because it saved me money on my first purchase after signing up. It also gives me a greater sense of comfort knowing I can make a purchase and have a 60 day return/exchange window to be fully satisfied with my purchase!!

Really good value in this membership! We get freebies and money off, with great financing deals.

This purchase saves so much money and offers so many benefits that you will make your money back 10 fold if you’re frequent lurker for deals at best buy like I am. Make sure to sign up before you buy anything!
