I love this membership! I manage a food pantry and have bought 4 convertible refridge/freezer and we Love them.

Good value. I randomly need things that Best Buy carries, and the member savings cover the cost of membership pretty quickly.

some items take a bit more time to find out if they're satisfying to use, actually usefulm or made of good quality. The membership extends the 2 week return window to 2 months, which I think is worth the $50 if you make some expensive purchases that you're not sure are gonna be worth it.

get valuable discounts for recent for recent purchases. every gift certificate different. 5,10,15 dollars use them all

I usually don't sign up for memberships for most things but after seeing some of the deals I've got in the last few months, it's safe to say that the membership is totally worth it.

The membership offers immediately a significant savings on the cost of delivery. After that, the times within which to present a claim for defects and price matching is extended. We also received excellent service when a Geek Squad member assisted with fine tuning our new dishwasher.

Every time I have questions or need help, the experts are really wonderful and respond quickly. Thankfully, my new laptop was set up by a terrific person - and I have had no problems!!! I am so appreciative for the ability to get quick responses when I need help!!

Called BB and big time wasted!! Drove 45 min to the nearest store! With the help of two of the guys there my Apple iphone was fixed and I bought an iPad Pro. EXCELLENT service from both!!!!
