    This membership is the best thing since sliced bread. Member price, unlimited geek squad, support, extended return timelines and warranty. Gives me peace of mind for the price. You even get Microsoft 360 at a discounted price

    Best thing I ever purchased from BestBuy. The perks, the points, the protection. It’s all worth the cost, just for the peace of mind alone. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself with a membership. You won’t regret it!

    Definately I would recommend the yearly membership. I got a huge discount with it when I bought a second hand mobile. The membership already gave me lots of benefits and Best Buy keep sending me vouchers. Also their membership page so easy to use and you find everything there.

    I was excited to learn that I earned credits from the thousands of dollars spent recently at your Buford, GA, Location as a member. However, a laptop arrived that appeared to have been repaired we used those credits at the store. It seems the one being advertised was not in stock and had to be delivered. The laptop was exchanged for a new one that was suddenly in inventory the days that followed. But that took additional valuable time. It remains unclear why we weren't asked if we wanted a rebuilt laptop, and how a new one was suddenly in stock through a different store representative. Do better!

    60 day price matching is amazing have only held the memebership for a few months now but price matching one item paid back the entire membership and some extra.

    I have been dealing with a brand new TV, which was not delivered the day it was supposed to be. I called geek squad sunday to see if I could get someone to explain some things on the TV because the installer failed to show or explain anything to me. Monday, this tv picture froze on me 5 times. The first geek squad agent asked if I had plugged the tv to get it to work again and that seemed to be the popular response by every agent. The second agent sent me to sony and I got the same response. He told me that was first so he could start a case for me. The last agent I talked to said I had a defective tv and did I want a new TV or have repair come to my home. I chose repair and I think I'm happy I did. Repair came out Thursday and it took him 30 sec to find the issue. Apparently the person Saturday who did my install was third party and did not know what he was doing. He even told me Saturday he didn't know much. Repair had everything working in just a few minutes. He told me to always insist on geek squad repair any time I needed the tv worked on as third party people here are not capable of knowing how to work on tvs. At this point the tv is working beautifully, but the picture freezing is intermittent. I have another appointment Sunday to try and learn the basics of the tv.

    This is a great deal to be able to return electronics up to 2 months after purchase. The fee for membership is basically free after BB gives you the gift certificate. During the membership, BB also gives additional gift certificates and combined together will exceed your membership fee. If you like to shop at BB regularly, I don't see why you would skip this.
