Have not received my specials as of yet and it has been over a month. When I seen this email I was happy as it may have not "kicked in".

If I could give Best Buy minus stars I would. Let me say my sales associate was good but could have been more knowledgeable. My condo has time restrictions for deliveries 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, I communicated this to S.A. and he did document. The evening before my scheduled delivery I received a text with my delivery time as 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. I called customer service and after a lengthy wait I was in contact with a person who could barely speak English, she gave me another number to call , again a lengthy wait and that person disconnected me. The third time was a charm. My new delivery date was set for 3 days later. I had asked the S.A. if Geek Squad would be delivering my tv (twice) both times was was assured they would be. I did not want a third party delivery from Best Buy. Day of delivery the delivery company was MasTec, not Geek Squad. The driver called my phone to tell me he could not find the elevator. At that point I knew I was in trouble. I went down to find him and there was a person with his boxer shorts showing. He brought the tv up, hung in on the wall but required a longer HDMI cable. Went down t his truck, brought one up, connected it and told me $60.00. I communicated to him I could purchase one for much less. He wasn’t going to program the settings until I asked him to. I wanted to enter my own password and he said no, he would do it. I was very uncomfortable from the very start. He was going to leave with the picture looking like the tv I was getting rid of until I mentioned it.My plan was to come back at a later date and purchase another tv for the guest bedroom. I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from Best Buy again and I have also communicated my horrible experience with Best Buy to all my friends and family

Man this thing is off the charts. Saves me so much money I can return stuff as well

Always helpful whenever I have a problem they are always on top of it?

It seemed like a good idea because I was purchasing a large appliance--a refrigerator.

This membership offers a lot of things and the discounts it offers are great.

Being able to have better pricing and longer warranty is a huge plus.

Great store to buy something you need and a lot of sales sometime at this store, so take advantage. And lots to choose on their stuffed.

The B2G1 free on Switch games immediately pays for the membership if you're a big Switch gamer. It's no Gamers Club Unlocked, but I'll take any deals I can get.

Its a decent service, i just dont use it enough personally

I have no idea about any kind of benefit I am getting with this membership. The explanation was vague and I only purchased it because it gave me a discount on my computer. I will cancel it after this year is over.

If you are making several big purchases, this membership is a great addition. It gives you specialized service and fantastic support. It’s definitely worth the few extra bucks!

No issues, has paid itself off fairly quickly. Do recommend getting it for bigger purchases.

was verry disappointed when i read you charged my credit card with a yearly fee, i did not want thst. i called they had not charged it yet. i told them to cancel it and they told me i would get my original 49.99 back in the mail in 5 days. that was 2 weeks ago. would really like that chjeck
