In the beginning of the year I decided to become a Best Buy member because of possible price matching for cell phones. I have drain my iPhone 11 Pro Max battery twice grinding out COD mobile seasons. Being a member allowed me to price match some phones from Metro by t mobile and that was great. We also waited In line for the Nintendo Switch 2 and not only received nice little gadgets but also they gave us insurance if we weren’t satisfied with the purchase we could return it without losing 10 percent for the restocking fees. An additional 50 bucks for the year upon first purchase feels like an excessive add on especially with all these new Apps we all subscribe too. But so far color me impressed with being a Best Buy member

I like that it’s less expensive now and gives 1% back on top of my 5% with my card.

When I got the new washer, I didn't know how to use it properly. I almost wanted them to take it back. I called and got Valerie on the phone. Then I went back to the store and we saw Jim, who was really great. He told us how to stop the machine, if we wanted to add another Item in, and how to start it up again. I was just concerned about how much water and If I had enough soap in the machine.

The app is hot garbage for notifying you of the "exclusive member" deals. Just look at the app store and you'll see the reviews about that. As for value, I got this membership on a deal, so unless you're always spending money at Best Buy, I don't think it's worth it. They should tie this into their credit card to add more value in some way.

The staff member that dealt with was very thorough to make sure that I understood my options with my home computer. He gave me several options and I was satisfied with the outcome. Earlier I purchased a new desk computer and recently I purchased a new computer. Best Buy is going to transfer my memory to my new computer. Thank goodness that Best Buy is near my home. Definitely worth it! You get 60 days to return sonething instead of 25 days! Plus, i was getting some pretty sweet deals the more i purchased, the more points i accumulated which quickly turned into a $50 off deal for anything equal value or more. When i saw that, i looked into my plys account some more and found a bunch more dwals even better than the 50 off gift certificate. I buy items frequently from Best Buy, but not many of the items are worth getting best buy prorection (i.e. cables, adapters, etc), which is why i felt the plus membership best suited me. Dont get me wrong, after i earn my BA in college, ill be able to adford buying things as frequently as i do with trivial items, enough to justify the cost benefit analysis to get the better membership than the plus (blanking on the name) which gives you automatic best buy protection on the items you purchase thereafter. That ones a little pricey, but I recommend the plus membership for those who frequently buy from best buy, but occasionally make investments in otems that would typically need protection. Just Luvin' my new Samsung OLED S90D TV. Other than having to do 2 factory resets (which restored performance perfectly) this is by far the best I've ever had. The color, contrast and resolution are everything the other reviewers (and manufacturer) reported. I can't speak to the sound quality as I purchased a lower level Samsung sound bar to go with it. I did have an auxiliary amp setup with my previous TV but this is the first I've had the benefit of a subwoofer which provides a theater-like experience. So glad I got this package!
