This is a bait and switch up sell. I purchased this at the recommendation of the check out person ahead of Black Friday sales. The process to request your price match involves the website chat feature or submitting a form, which during the Black Friday sales are not available until the sale is over. I took screenshots of the prices listed on the website during the sale to request the price match afterwards per their instructions. In following up a week after the sale ended, I was informed that they can only price match what the customer service rep can see currently listed as the sale price on the website and not apply the price match to the Black Friday sale prices during the previous weekend. During this exchange, the price of an item still on sale differed between what I could see listed and in my cart from what the sales rep saw. You cannot price match during the Black Friday sale which is not in their terms of service for the program, only we'll resume price requests after X date. From the end of the chat transcript: "The good news is, we will match Best Buy's price drop for most purchases made between Nov 1st and 31st December and this benefit can be taken advantage of until 14th January. Also we allow customers to request multiple price matches for the same transaction whenever there is a price reduction on our website. In addition, from December 3rd onwards, we will begin matching the prices of other qualifying retailers as well." Not true. Got a pro rated refund for this product. Skip it.

Ay Love It this service plan for the year it is worthy

The Best Buy Total Membership is 100% worth the price. Everything you get with it can not be better. If you shop at Best Buy a lot, even only a few times a year, I would highly recommend getting a Total membership!

Best purchase I ever made came with a lot of perks and items we can use. And also came with warranty. It’s the best.

I was able to get this membership for approximately $20, as the sound bar had a membership deal which knocked off $30 from the total price of the soundbar. If you have an opportunity to get this membership that way, I would. Otherwise, I do not believe it is worth the $50 if you do not buy electronics often. Not to mention, with online prices often selling for less and stores having price match policies.

My computer was running very slow and I could not run or attend zoom meetings. The Geek Squad diagnosed, cleaned out the viruses and unneeded software and now it functions perfectly. All this was covered by my membership,]. It has already paid for itself.

Im not sure if this membership is worth it. Buy it if youre already getting something that the membership gets you a discount on.

I have been pleased by the service I have received from Best Buy sales staff for the several items I have purchased since becoming a member last November, 2023. At this point my plans are to renew my membership when the current year's membership expires.

Customer Service is top shot here. I had a laptop that had been sent out. Service did not fix it. The Manager of Geek squad was able to get my laptop replaced and i didnt have to wait for them to resend it out again. Thank you Best buy

I’ve only used my membership one time and that’s when I opened up the membership. But these are really good to have and I encourage everyone to join the membership! They help you with returns and other issues. I’m sure I will be shopping at Best Buy frequently over this coming year.

Not worth the money. We have mentioned having the membership, but the employees always tell us it does not apply.

If you don’t have a Best Buy plus membership, go get one! Well worth it
