As someone always on the go, the Apple Watch keeps me grounded. It tracks my steps, reminds me to breathe when life gets chaotic, and even lets me take calls when my phone’s buried in my bag. I didn’t think I needed it—now I can’t imagine my day without it. It’s like having a personal assistant, fitness coach, and safety net right on my wrist. Real talk: It helps me stay organized, motivated, and in control. That’s a win in my book.

This membership was worth it and hopefully will still is. So far my experience with the membership has beeen great and I hope I can keep saving money with it. Thank you to the employee that recommended it. I wish I could remember his name.

Best Buy has a lot to offer the Techy and and the not so Techy customer. There's always sufficient help close by when you need them.

I also like the extended return window, it gives me peace of mind when buying electronics. It’s definitely worth it if you shop at Best Buy regularly. Great value overall!

I had a washer that was damaged in transit to my home. Somebody in your corporate headquarters told me that they would buy it back for parts at least give me some money back on it. Everybody at the store kind of looked at me weird like that ain't never going to happen and it hasn't happened and I've been told it won't happen so I'm not really happy with Best buy because if they don't care about me why should I care about them.? So, no I don't think I will tell anybody to go to Best buy they don't seem to care.

Exceptional service from sales to delivery. After sales Support was also exceptional not to mention competitive pricing.

We received a credit refund for the reduction in price of the laptop we purchased three weeks earlier.

If you make limited purchases of higher dollar items in person, this wouldn't be as great of a deal. However, if you make multiple purchases through their website, it becomes a better deal with saving on shipping. I have only had this for a few months and I have spent most of what I will this year at Best Buy so I do not have a lot of data points to reference. But I'd suggest giving it a try if you plan to order a lot of items through the website / shipping versus in-person.

I loved having a membership with Best Buy. One of the best perks is being able to price match when buying an item from them. You get deals all the time and have protection over the items that you buy.

Yes, excellent care by all of your sales personnel in the store. I found Brian, Rafell, and Andy of the Geek Squad to be extremely knowledgeable and were able to solve my cell phone issues. Brian was able to transfer my cell phone information to another cell phone that had an internal screen failure. Verizon was unable to perform that service. Very impressed ! Thank you Geek Squad.

The sales folks were very helpful and knew the products very well. Little disappointed that delivery/installation would take about 2 weeks because of inventory at Best Buy.
