We usually don't buy into memberships. But we did and it has been great. We got notices of things were lookingvto buy and it saved us a ton money so far.

Over the holidays ive spent well over 800, the Best buy plus defently help. I save over 300 in all and the best part is, if I found a better discount I can goback and get that same discount in full!! If you shop at best buy often I would highly recommend this!

The schedule person kept trying to allow them to deliver before they had all of the parts. Then when they did deliver, the installer did not change then the door like on the order

I got a big set of batteries for free with my membership. They have the ROG Ally for $200 less. There's also a better return policy. It pays for itself very quickly.

I was able to receive a discount on my new washer and stand and delivery free delivery. They installed my washer as promised and installed my stand for the washer two weeks later. They didn’t leave a mess and were very professional

Getting extra discounts and perks are fun. Lots and lots of fun. For just a small fee, you can give yourself a discount on most everything BB sells. Extra warranties, extra return time, a free enhancement...what could be better?

It’s sucks and it’s useful to be a member . I bought some stuff then Best Buy sent me a reward certificate and I used it to buy more items . But I had to return it cos I bought the wrong item . And my reward certificate is gone for long ! They told me it’s promotional and can’t be used again . Well they never sent me a warning with the certificate and even worse I returned this product to the Best Buy store and the manager lady confirmed that my reward certificate would be retuned to my Best Buy account . A few days later when I called the customer service then they told me it’s not returnable ! What kind of customer support is that ! Either it should have warned me with the certificate or the manager shouldn’t have guarented that I would get my reward back ! I will cancel my membership just because of this poor management .

I was told i was being charged a fee for a service to transfer my data from one phone to another at the cell service department. I was never asked or told or even mentioned that it was a yearly membership i was paying for that i would have to continue to pay. Overall, bad encounter and service at that store

This membership is a plus! You get so many deals too and save some money. Geek squad- delivery ~ it covers so many things. Assemble your product if needed. Better to have everything covered for a small amount of money.
