I always shop at Best Buy because I know I can trust them every time.

Just signed up for this membership so I’m looking forward to savings.

I save $138 on my first purchase using my membership! Plus the added price matching and 60-day return policy makes it a no brainer for electronic purchases.

I guess this is OK, but honestly they used to give these features or benefits away for nothing to customers who passed certain spending thresholds each year. I purchased this membership exclusively for the extended return policy.

Love the member pricing, very neat! Also adore the 60 return policy, makes me feel more confident purchasing things knowing I have a little more time to try it out before the return window ends!

Our local sales representation, Tom Moulder is an asset to Best Buy. Thorough and friendly. The installation team is exceptional. I was extremely pleased the team took extra time made efforts beyond the expected to install our wall oven perfectly. When troubles arose, they handled the situation as professionals. This team of two deserves a real acknowledgment for great work.

Bought as hedge against potential price drop when purchased new computer. Computer went on sale 3 weeks later and credit offset the plus price and an additional $50+ so worthwhile just for that!

Honestly thought I was being upsold when I got my laptop at MSRP, but considering if was like $50 I thought why not, I just got my tax refund if it helps this guys numbers then it's all good. However, the following week I was able to get a retroactive price match on my item since I was in the 'return policy' date range, which saved be $426!!! Absolutely crazy, so since then I've been watching the membership exclusive deals and to see if I can get a good bargain. Would reccomend to my friends who also frequent best buy as one of their 'happy places'

My husband and I moved from Illinois to Texas in October 2024. We purchased a new home so needed to buy refrigerator, washer and dryer, and upright freezer. Our Best Buy salesperson recommended our getting the Best Buy Plus plan to provide “best price” protection and sure enough, a couple of months after our appliance purchases, the prices went on sale. We were able to contact Best Buy and they credited back our account $400 which easily more than paid for the Best Buy Plus plan.

I purchased the annual Best Buy subscription and I’m very satisfied. Free shipping and returns work flawlessly, warranty support is reliable, and exclusive member discounts are a nice bonus. Priority customer service is also very convenient. The membership has paid for itself.

I love the bed, but it was very easy to purchase. They explain everything good customer service online and in the store.

Perfect for my GoPro needs they always have member deals and in stock or same day.

This membership either feels like the greatest deal in history, or no deal at all. There never seems to be an in-between. Occasionally the perfect deal will pop-up and I'll have huge savings, but most of the time I forget about it entirely.

I changed this plan to the best plan. I wanted the guarantee component. Note also the older woman at the Geek Squad desk was not nice. I would have walked out were it not for the computer guy named Lewis who was very friendly. I suggest you find a more friendly CSR for your

A lot of coupons and reward with the card so you can purchase what you need for discount prices well, please with the service of the card

The membership only seems helpful if you like to shop best buy or if you have a business and need their help with the tech repairs. Unfortunately, for the average user, I don't think the membership is any help. Unless you find a few products that have the membership special sales. But I found even the membership discounts are still comparable to other online options. However, the extra return policy with the membership is very nice and would be great for people that like to tinker or are unsure if the product they bought they will want to keep.
