I bought this because I was encouraged to do so because the laptop would decrease. In November, it did decrease $300. I went to the app and did what I was supposed to and it said there was an issue so I had to do the chat. I talked to somebody by chat. I talk to somebody by the telephone. I talked to somebody by email a day or so later they tell me I need to go back to the store. I go to the store and they can’t do anything about it so they tell me to reach back out so I keep going back-and-forth. I have wasted hours of my time and it is still not resolved as of December 5. Everyone I talk to you says I need to call this person or I need to go to the store or I need to do it on the app I’ve done all of them numerous times and zero has occurred in $300 is a substantial difference.

I love the 60 day return policy allows me to buy something and really make sure I like it. Along with great savings on member deals!

Love the membership prices and price matches if a product you bought goes on sale within 60 days. This membership paid for itself when my sound bar went on sale

Im glad I purchased the membership while I was buying my dryer and refrigerator. A week later I needed a new television , and the $ 50 gift card made my purchase go down to $ 104. What a deal. Thanks for offering the membership.

I have not had a chance to use this benefit yet but I will definitely look at future purchases at Best Buy instead of competitors. The personal assistance that I received from the sales person swayed me to purchase from your store.

I’ve found so many great prices after getting this membership. There are drops that you have early access to. I loved the special pricing for members and also the extended return policy that comes with this membership. Overall the best thing I did at Best Buy.

Price has dropped to $29.99/year which is a good value. Haven’t used the service recently but plan to get a tuneup soon.
