We purchased a new refrigerator. Brian Corsino was excellent in helping us with our purchase. When we had issues, he was very responsive in helping us getting the problem solved even when we had to leave town the next day.

Membership is a benefit, but it is not always easy or smooth to access the assistance needed. There is the need to schedule and WAIT for that appointment, hoping to receive assistance from staff that can communicate effectively with me.

Being a bestbuy plus member, i have the advantages of 60 days return window access on new sale and very convenient to buy things online.

Best Buy Plus membership...you need if you need to return anything pass 14 or 30 days. It pays for itself if you forget things like me.

I recently purchased a washer, dryer, stove, TV and sound bar from Best Buy. I always get an extended warranty to protect anything I buy. The salesperson explained the benefits of a Best Buy membership. I decided to get the Plus plan. The plan extends my warranty to two years with no additional cost. If I choose to return anything, I have 60 days. I also get exclusive member prices and access to product sales events. Membership only cost me $50.00 for that price, it was a no-brainer! I feel it is worth every penny.

This membership is great value. You get early access to discount and you get free shipping. Best Buy is making a comeback.
