If the stuff we bought goes on sale within the first 30 days of the membership we will get the difference back from our purchase. Don't really know anything else that's just what the sales guy told us.

I really use my Best Buy Membership to it's fullest extent! On my $25 credit, it expired much too quickly and I lost it. I would appreciate it greatly if this could be reinstated to my account. Thanks!

I haven't noticed any benefit. Bought 2 dishwashers. prepaid installation, got RIPPED OFF for an additional $520, forr which I have yet to get an itemized receipt even though I asked for one that same day!

I highly recommend Best buy plus only because of its price match features and its member discounts. I ordered mulitiple products and gotten money back bc they would go on sale weeks after! Member picks are also a steal. Got an temperatrue control mug thats normally 120 for 50 bucks because of the member only pick. Definitly worth considering

I must be candid about my experience with this membership. Initially, I was misled about the price match policy. The representative assured me that they would match any price from any retailer, regardless of when I purchased the item. However, when I attempted to use this policy, I was informed that only a limited number of stores were eligible for price matches. Furthermore, when I requested a price match for a camera I purchased at Best Buy, I was denied due to the item’s non-returnable status. This contradicts the membership’s promise of unlimited price matches from any retailer or date. Additionally, I have not received the promised two-day shipping service. Instead, I have consistently experienced delays of five days or more for my orders. Furthermore, I have not been able to access exclusive member prices. I strongly advise against enrolling in this membership. The claims made about its benefits are misleading and do not align with my actual experience.

This membership is a real value, you get special member pricing and a two month return policy and price matching.

Potentially a great deal! But I want to see updates on the deals I get with this plan to justify the costs - member only discounts, etc. They don't send out emails enough to push the advantages. Email is cheap! Draw us into the store and show us why we should buy from you. Marketing 101.

If you make limited purchases of higher dollar items in person, this wouldn't be as great of a deal. However, if you make multiple purchases through their website, it becomes a better deal with saving on shipping. I have only had this for a few months and I have spent most of what I will this year at Best Buy so I do not have a lot of data points to reference. But I'd suggest giving it a try if you plan to order a lot of items through the website / shipping versus in-person.

This membership has real value because when I purchase items too large for my care, I take advantage of the Free 2-day shipping. I addition the 60-day return window makes shopping convenient and gives a peace of mind.

If you have nothing expensive to buy, don't get it. Otherwise the membership pretty much pays for itself. I bought a computer and got $$ back to use on another product. I don't need anything else in this store unless my phone takes a dump. So, I really don't have a use for this plan. Will be ending it when the plan is up. You have to do that, otherwise it will automatically bill you again for the next year.
