I didn't know such great customer service still existed! No surly tattooed teenagers running this place! I have purchased both a Kitchen Aid oven and a Frigadaire refrigerator and had the deal done in 20 minutes or so! Soly, Cale and Andrew at the Colorado Mills store were amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. Such nice young men who advised me wisely. The delivery guys were also wonderful, and I had my appliances in a weeks' time. Very heartening to know there is a store where you are greeted when you walk in and someone is there to help in short order. I highly recommend Best Buy!

I wish I signed up for this membership sooner. I thought it was a lot more expensive. I have already gotten my money back. I get quite a few visitors from foreign countries. Apple products are a lot more expensive where they come from. So they get a chance to shop the already cheapest prices in town and save on top on top of that with my membership. Of course I get the points. It’s a win-win. Thank You!

The benefits were a true value for our family! We were able to secure a great deal at time of purchase without worry about a price drop in the near future. While we kept all three purchases made (appliances and laptop), knowing we had up to 60 days to return if there were any issues was a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. Exclusive member pricing – saved about $80 across three purchases. Worth it if you buy tech semi-regularly. Extended return window – extra 15 days. Came in handy once. No restocking fees – returned a laptop, didn’t get dinged. Not a game-changer, but it pays for itself if you shop Best Buy more than a couple times a year. No ads, no catch. Just solid perks. Didn’t bother with Total membership (too pricey unless you need tech support or protection plans constantly). Would I renew? Yes.

I am pleased with the membership and the friendliness of the staff - however instead of a gift card that cannot go towards my current purchase - I would have loved something better from being put out without a dishwasher due to shipping and miscommunication.
