    The sales representative, Big Kev was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He recommended me upgrading to a better Samsung TV that was on sale, along with other products that complemented the unit. Johnnie and Aleea did an excellent job installing the TV. Johnnie recommended other products to enhance the installation. He went over every detail. His expertise is first rate and should be commended. It was perfect and we are very pleased. So if you are in the market for a TV or any other products, I would highly recommend you purchase them at Best Buy.

    Best Total membership is amazing and one of the best decisions I’ve made to protect my purchases. The membership is absolutely worth the money and offers many additional benefits, such as member-only pricing and extra opportunities to earn Best Buy rewards dollars. It also provides peace of mind knowing my products are protected for two years, with the option to extend coverage for a low monthly fee. I would definitely recommend this membership to all my family and friends.

    Virgie's Geek Squad experience Warranty plus $$$

    I usually say this is the BEST TOP Value. I had to have Geek Squad out to work on my computer, connect 2 TVs & fix my CD player to where I could play music 24/7 I had to pay $286+++ dollars & the TV's work but my computer still has some issues & the CD player worked until they drove off. I went into the BEST Buy & talked to Geek Squad & the technician said it depends on the manager. i asked for the Geek Squad to return as I had 30 days & even sent in 2 requests No one showed up and no one contacted me and I spent all that $$$ for jobs incomplete. This is the first time my Warranty did not pay off.

    I feel really good about getting the Total membership. They kept my new computer and I brought them my old one and they transferred my files, fixed a glitch on my old one, which I'll use as a backup now if needed. They were very helpful making sure everything I bought worked together and answered a lot of questions. I'll be bringing them a few of my other electronics to help me optimize performance. It all flows smoothly and I feel a sense of genuine trust in their knowledge.

    When my laptop was hacked, the Geek Squad saved me. I got in quickly and they cleaned it and I had it back 2 days later, along with my peace of mind. They were efficient, extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I couldn't have asked for better. Thanks, Best Buy and Geek Squad!

    The membership is a good value for me. Invariably, I run into issues with my computers or have questions about how best to do something. The tech support is competent, professional and always available. I had canceled it briefly and soon realized it was a mistake. It is nice to have support that I can rely on whenever I need it.

    This membership is worth every penny; I was trying to download Microsoft Office on my own without any experience in doing so. My time and stress were not factored in. The yearly membership covers any software updates required for a year, but also any trouble shooting that is required. The technician also gave me advice on a universal remote for my TV and a thumb drive to save photos that fit with my MacBook Pro. One stop shopping and no stress. Highly recommend it.

    Highly recommend 'My Best Buy Total Membership' The techs; Steven, Ray & James were awesome. Did a data transfer twice and the girl in the back (don't know her name) did an outstanding job! Well worth purchasing this membership & it actually comes out less expensive than just paying for the data transfer.

    Great Product to have. But what happened to the great in home customer service that used to be there. Doesn't the word Total mean complete. You are kind of taking away the most important thing. Total customer service. The single most important thing.

    We have a lot of technology in our house, and it is so nice to have this when needed since a lot of our tech items come from Best Buy. They are very helpful, and it's nice to have coverage when items need to be repalce that i am unable to fix myself.

    Five stars for Best Buy's Geek Squad. I’d recommend buying the membership. At first this was something I didn't think I needed but having member services extra protection, discounts, shipping for all your purchases is a game-changer... Computing devices fail constantly being assured that they'll take care of it right away is real peace of mind...

    I was hesitant on buying this membership, but looking back throughout the year… I have bought a lot of tech stuff that could definitely benefit from Best Buy membership. My dad is a huge tech nerd, and has mentioned some of the killer stuff he has bought at an extremely low price through member deals which ultimately ends up paying for itself. Looking forward to saving money, and security through the enhanced warranty they offer.

    Peace of mind on the purchase of my HP laptop is a big reason I love the protection. The Geek Squad was amazing transferring the data from my old computer to the new one, then srubbing the old one to keep me safe. Appointments are easy to make & the Geek Squad at Concord Mills really know their stuff & a pleasure to work with.

    We love having Best Buy Total for the peace of mind and support when we need it. It’s great that any new devices are covered under the plan, which makes things so much easier. We now have multiple phones, TVs, soundbars, printers, and more all covered under one plan—it’s been really convenient.

    I love having the Best Buy Total membership. I have been a member for years. I love it. It's nice knowing if any of my devices or appliances have issues that they'll be replaced, or I'll be given store credit for the amount I paid . The membership total pays for itself at that point.

    I was very satisfied with my Total Tech membership. I thought is was a good thing to have when problems arise. Now I am not so sure. I was able to bring my laptop in to the GEEK SQUAD and they would help or fix the problem. Now my new laptop has only a 2 year free service and then there is a monthly charge. The Total membership seem to go up and the services that were included now have to be paid for. On the reccomendation of recommending Total memebership there should be a MAYBE to check off.

    If you're making larger purchases, like a fridge or television, then keeping this membership for a couple years gets you, worry-free, warranty coverage from Best Buy. For less than you'd pay for the added coverage on the items normally. If you only buy the random item rarely, then this membership isn't for you.

    If you are not real good with computers, this is a great membership to have. Online chat is available if you need help or you can talk with an agent too. The membership also has many perks like free delivery, free setup and in some cases extended warranty. When you buy large items like a refrigerator, you can get a discount. Buy some items and if they fail, you can get it replaced for free.
