Done right and on time. My son needed to upgrade his computer and operating system for his school work and needed to make sure that everything on his Windows 10 computer was correctly moved over to Windows 11. You can try and do it yourself, but if you want to make sure it is done right, this is the way to go.

I love this membership and glad that i rejoined it. Ihad been a member of the Geek Squad for years but allowed it to lapse. When I had an issue with my computer, I went out and bought another one only to find they were not as good as the one I had. I went to BestBuy, rejoined geek squad and it was the best decision I made! They are attentive, caring, listen to you when you describe the issue, and handle it with immedicay. My computer is fine, didn't need a new one...all it needed was tender loving care. If you're not a Geek Squad member do so ASAP and save yourself issues moving forward. They are there for you!

IO purchased a new phone and a new laptop. The phone swap went reasonably well, although it took almost five hours to transfer 250 GB of data from the old phone to the new phone. The laptop swap hasn't gone as well. All the files were transferred, but the way my Outlook .pst files were attaqched to the new Outlook didn't work. It appears that the files were attached to a different "account".

This is a great value purchase. It gives you member pricing and special deals. It also covers repairs on your purchases which can get very expensive if something happens. I highly recommend this membership for all of your electronic and household appliance purchases.

I signed up for the My Best Buy Total™ yearly membership, and it’s definitely been worth it. The tech support and protection coverage make things so much easier — I don’t have to stress about repairs or issues with my devices. The included antivirus and 24/7 support are nice bonuses, too. I’ve already used it for setup help and a quick troubleshooting question, and both times the service was fast and super helpful. The Geek squad is great. But there is a disconnection with the delivery team. I recently had a problem. I had two conflicting texts. One said “delivery around 12:27 PM and a second one “delivery between 8:30 AM-12:30 PM. The first message was received 4 days in advance and the second the day before. This conflicting information resulted in the part not being delivered because I had a Doctors appointment that I could have cancel or change but didn’t because the first text gave enough time to be back home on time for the delivery. The second text one was to late to do something about it and two it was too late to change my Doctors appointment, end result no delivery on the scheduled day. The delivery person on the phone couldn’t or didn’t want to accommodate a different time later that day. Is hard for me to understand why he couldn’t shift my delivery for another and still be able to do mine. He was very cut and dry talking to me. He didn’t express any concerns about delivering my item the same day. He just simply said “no I can’t do it today it has to be another day. Bottom line I am not happy with Best Buy delivery system and the communication between one end and the other (csr service). On the other end I am happy with my TV. It has a beautiful sound and screen. The Bose sound bar was doing awesome until it stopped working. I hope the next one doesn’t have the same problem.

The best but total membership is fantastic! It protects every single electronic device in my home. It has wiped clean and reinstalled 3 different used laptop computers for my sons. Highly recommend!

Probably the best money I spent that day. Membership came with services of the Geek Squad tech support team, who handled the new computer setup, data transfer from my old machine, and Microsoft software load - and did an excellent job. They were friendly and helpful. One footnote: the store's phone system was terrible! Basically, I could communicate with the store by phone; I was repeatedly transferred to a corporate phone system. One of the Geek Squad left me a phone message to call him back; the store phone system would not put through my call!

We really like our membership. It has covered all of our devices and taken care of us every time we’ve switched from an old one to a new one. The Techs are very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what they are doing.

I like how all the product I buy at BestBuy are automatically get covered by the Total Protection plan at checkout and its very convenient. My only drawback is its a little pricey for the subscription unless you have a lot of items and cannot extend warranty passed two years...but i trust BestBuy

It seems to be a good value for me because the Geek Squad people I have dealt with are super nice, patient, and helpful. For someone who is not a techno-wizard, the Geek Squad is a no-brainer, go-to for help with computers, phones, etc. I recommend it.

I like the membership I have with Best Buy because I get to know all the deals before they happen and it’s really great for me now that it’s Christmas time because now I can find things more easily. I also love the convenience of the store, not being far from my home and they’re a great computer personnel. They help me with computer questions and things so that nature, and when it comes to me buying a computer they were very helpful and the computer I bought recently fit me like a glove.

I’ve had this membership for only about 4 or 6 months and I saved about $1000 already. I’m a first time PC builder so anytime I did something wrong or I had a questions Geek squad helped. If you are a first time builder like me, this a great way to tinker with your pc and not have to worry about frying anything.

I’ve waited to purchase a drone for years but finally got this one. When it first came I got a return with missing pieces but the store was super helpful in rectifying the error and two days later a new one came. The app is kind of trash like it was rushed with numerous simple spelling errors like cornected instead of connected cancle instead of cancel. Same with the manual, I have to go back to the store because after two hours of flight which was awesome to fly the camera gimble won’t recalibrate. Haven’t crashed or had hard landing so this sucks but still love having a drone. Only bought this one because bestbuy has zero drones with obstacle avoidance as an option. The front legs are longer than the rear which seems odd, why not have the rear the same length for LEVEL landing.

I’ve had a good experience with My Best Buy Total. The tech support and protection plans give me peace of mind when buying electronics. Setup help and troubleshooting have been useful, and it saves time dealing with repairs

Love the fact that they made the warranty to where you could add more items to the warranty as you buy more items and also you don’t have to add every item every time you buy something, it adds it on automatically and that is awesome

The Membership definitely comes in handy when you own multiple devices. When the inevitable happen and devices need to be checked out it’s a sense of relief having the membership to back you up
