The My Best Buy Total™️ membership has been worth it for peace of mind alone. The extended protection, tech support, and member perks make a noticeable difference, especially when purchasing Apple products. I appreciate having one place to go for help, repairs, and coverage without extra hassle. It’s a solid value if you shop at Best Buy regularly or like knowing your tech is protected long-term.

My work laptop stopped functioning completely. Likely, I was in the middle of a systems update and my WIFI stopped working. I was in panic mode! I made my way to Best Buy and joined "Best Buy Total Membership." Their first step was to retrieve my data from the laptop - what a relief! Second step was to reinstall windows and several key applications. Wow! What a Relief. I was back to working in a day. Finally, the Best Buy Geek Squad reassured me throughout and answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend!

Being a Best Buy total member comes with a lot of perks. I purchase a lot of items from Best Buy for that purpose alone because I am paying for a service. I do wish the cost was a little less pricey, but it still protects me for 2 years on all the products that I purchase. and I have used the geek squad a few times so that’s been great.

With the price of the yearly membership I was able to get my new laptop setup and data transferred for less than it would have codt me to have another individual business to do it. It was also done quickly!

I appreciate having opportunity to review the operation of my crashed computer after it was fixed. I felt lost at first, but now I am able to use it knowing security is fixed and my questions were answered.

A must have if you have kids or are constantly buying tech. I’ve saved more than I’ve spent on this with the free warranty on items and taking my tech for repairs or updates.

The geek squad was better than good at debugging our computer. With the membership we can also get our microwave fixed with 20% off. still trying to talk my wife into a bigger screen TV that would be great.

I recommend this membership to everyone I know and even people I come across in the store. The support I get for all my purchases, especially electronics/tech is worth it. Anytime my house needs something, Best Buy is my first stop.

I am greatful for the amazing geek squad support. The telephone option is very convenient and I usually do not need to seek in-store help. Your sales associates, as well as the geek squad understand the needs of individuals who came late to computer and cell phone age. Sometimes seniors age 75+ need extra guidance. The guidance is always delivered with kindness and patience.

Haven't had to use any of the added perks of having Best Buy Total membership, but knowing that i have to option to use them if items break is reassuring. I would recommend highly if you are tech savy and like your items protected.

All I can say is the membership hands down is the best. I had it years ago and let me tell you, it comes in handy when your laptop or other devices need higher level assistance. I’m a strong advocate that if you do have a desktop/laptop, this membership is an excellent investment in the long run.

Although We do not need it often, when things go wrong, or need a tune up, or when We purchase new items Total Tech not only saves me money, but We know it will be repaired or installed perfectly.

This is the best thing I've done with any product from Best Buy and I have used extensively when needed. Never an ounce of resistance from the staff at Best Buy. It's paid for itself many times over. If you don't get this, you're crazy ;)

We’ve had this membership for several years, and we’ve used it in various ways on numerous occasions: to get computer support over the phone, computer and tablet support in person, to buy electronics and appliances, etc. The benefits outweigh the cost. We plan to continue our membership. If you have phones, tablets, computers, appliances, you’ll benefit from this plan. Also, you get a 2-year warranty with such products you purchase from Best Buy.

I am grateful for this membership since I had many issues with my tech products after having been the victim of a slammer. I really appreciate the assistance I have received to strengthen things out.

This membership has saved me a lot time and money over the past few months. It was originally recommended to me by Geek Squad a few months back when i needed a laptop repair, and when the motherboard came back shot, it covered the cost of the attempted repairs, and the data transfer to my new laptop. The price matching has also been a big help, and i've saved money with that part of the service, on top of the savings i get on products just for being a member. Furthermore, the 24 month protections it provides on all of my Best Buy products gives me an extra layer of Security that my various products will be safe and sound! Overall I am very heppy with the membership and it has provided me a great amount of value for the time i've had it

I have been shopping at Best Buy for over 20years now. I love that I have the option for a membership. I have had appliance warranties with them and I’ll tell you they are the easiest company to use a warranty. They give you the full price for the item you bought and the process is seamless. I love me some Best Buy Shopping time.

You just can't go wrong by being a Total Member! Any products that you purchase at BB you know will be covered for two years. They stand by their products. Even Apple products are covered under the Total membership, no need to pay for the Apple Care. I'm very happy they offer this membership to protect all of my purchases, large or small. Additionally, you will get special pricing or first dibs on hot items.

This subscription offers a great cost-benefit. The prices for members, in addition to the unlimited support of Geek Squad, are excellent. In addition, we love the peace of mind of having protection plans.for our purchases.

It’s a great value for the money, and gives peace of mind with protection on your devices, as well as the perk of having geek squad when needed. I have needed help and service from the geek squad and the team is very nice and helpful. They solved my problems promptly, and with ease. I recommend being a member with Best Buy. I buy all of my electronics from Best Buy and I love the selection, member pricing and promotions they offer.
