The gentleman that sold this pkg to me was amazing! Very informative and easily explained stuff to me. Best Buy or Microsoft however should be offering this service for free after spending the type of money I spent for the product. A 2 or 3 yr warranty would be nothing for either of these companies.

In my opinion, Best Buy is the most reliable service for tech support and repairs. They’ve earned my trust, and I won’t hesitate to return if I ever need help again.

I took my computer in because I had a bunch of viruses. They seen me immediately set up a date for me to have my computer fixed. Went back on that date and my computer is ready to go in front of better than ever.

We bought several items this year new tv, new soundbar, geek squad installation, Jbl portable speaker. I liked that we got free extended warranty’s on all items. We also like the longer return policy.

Absolutely love being a total member. Product protection is great and no questions asked when returning a product. All you have to do is explain the problem with the product and they take care of everything.

So far I’m pleased with the service. Only one error where they deleted two items I tild them there two programs I didn’t want to lose. I can get them again, but the history is forever lost.

I have not had a membership for years. My lab too had been hacked even with and through Ma Caffe. Thinks we’re being translated into Spanish and sent to hackers. For instance, an order to Amazon would have been sent there. I’ve was also kicked out of a zoom call when this first occurred. It is very scary! The laptop was cleaned and is back to use. Thx.

Geek squad and full membership was very helpful today. I needed to have my laptop fixed and the price of the membership covered the cost. Couldn't have done the repairs without this membership.

Great set. I highly recommend the stands. We are on a very hard water line so we added an inline solids filter to the back of the steam dryer and I am glad we did as it has collected a lot of material from our water lines.

While this yearly membership can be pricy, I appreciate the peace of mind that it brings! If anything goes wrong, with any of my purchases, or tech devices, I can usually count on the “Geek Squad” to help me out!

The Toral Tech membership is great for those with multiple electronics in their home. The online tech and instore services are a must, especially for those not tech savvy.

This was a real bargain, seeing that I am not real tech savvy. The folks at the Geek Squad took time to explain everything. I am sure I will keep my membership up.

This is such a great deal for anybody who needs assistance with their computer. It covers any computer in your household and they guys at Geek Squad are very knowledgeable and fast. membership has great value, especially if you are repairing multiple electronics. i only had to diagnose my computer and have work done on it, and while they weren't able to save it; the membership helped me get a new computer and will cover any issues i have with additional electronics the rest of the year

Used the membership initially to have data transferred from an old to a new laptop. Used their services again shortly after the purchase to address in issue with turning on the laptop. The team members I dealt with the the purchase and service were uniformly well qualified and interested in quickly solving problems.
