Used the membership initially to have data transferred from an old to a new laptop. Used their services again shortly after the purchase to address in issue with turning on the laptop. The team members I dealt with the the purchase and service were uniformly well qualified and interested in quickly solving problems.

Everything worked like clockwork, our tv died, that evening we went to Best Buy and my wife found the tv we wanted. Purchased it, had it delivered the next day. The process was easy and quick.

I get it every year and it has saved me a lot of money. One suggestion is to take your product into the store for the Geek Squad since the people in India on the Geek Squad do not speak good English and there is a big problem with communication

This was an amazing deal. Too many benefits for me to list here, well worth it to subscribe to this one. Customer service was amazing and my computer was ready to pick up same day. I was actually so very happy we decided come to Best Buy and Geek Squad!

The membership is at great value with tech support! Been having this membership for the last 10 years or so and I keep renewing it due to the coverage it holds like covering all my purchases at no charge

I had no idea how great this membership is until I needed it. I use my computer for my internet business and can't work without it. I had my C: ssd drive fail. Two of my friends who are IT professionals said they could replace the drive but told me there was no way to get an image of the drive that would save me hours of work. I would need to start all over again. I took it to Best Buy and they thought at first it might not be possible to get an image, but one of their techs said he'd try an idea he was working on to capture drive images. They were able to image the drive and fixed my computer! This saved my business. If you don't have a membership GET ONE. You'll be happy you did.

We purchased this 3 years ago and have enjoyed most of the benefits. It’s given us Apple care on all or devises we purchased recently and allowed so additional discounts on products that have offset the costs. We will continue to keep it

I buy my tech at Best Buy because of the total membership. I like the guarantees and protection that come with the program. It gives me peace of mind so I will continue using it. I also notice the employees treat me like a VIP because of my membership and that’s always nice.

The Membership will be more valuable to me going forward because of the innovation of the Technology. The Geek Squad has helped me sufficiently and I plan to update my computer and purchase other items once my account and card are processing.

I have been a member for a few years now and it really has been a blessing. I even had coverage for the appliances I purchased from Best Buy. Worth the money.

This membership has been more than worth it. It offers a very cost efficient yearly price. There are numerous perks to have thins membership. For example: warranties for your purchases, member only/early bird sales and deals, etc. My membership has paid for itself time and time again. I recommend anyone that is looking to make electronic purchases, strongly consider adding the total membership to the list.

I've had a best buy credit card since 1997, ive bought electronics washing machine and dryer sstoves etc and never new about this membership oh the money i could have saved. If your planning on buying alot membership is payed off after basically one purchase you get free delivery and all purchases get 2 year warranty and you have 2 months to return plus much more for a year. Best purchasse ive made in years

Best value of all of my various membership belongs to My Best Buy Total. Cannot recommend it enough. I have 6 laptops (macs) my Mac Studio and my intel laptop plus my Breville Coffee all from Total which give me extra one year of manufacturers warranty. Love this thing. Best thing Neat Buy ever came up with.

When I purchased this I said maybe just for 1 year. But I have used the membership for a new laptop that decided to have issues. I was thankful that I could go to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and get it fixed I think better than brand new! Glad it covers all my Best Buy purchases better than expected

I have used the Geek Squad twice now. the first time was excellent, very knowledgeable tech helper quickly fixed a problem. The second time? Not so good. I spent 4 hours on one day and 2.5 more hours on the second day. On the second issue, that day's initial tech helper could not figure out the problem or ways to solve it. I was left waiting on the phone the whole time. Then, when I gave up and called again on a second day. When you call Geek Squad's number at you local store, you are immediately flipped over to a techie in a Hispanic-speaking country (Panama, Corsa Rica) with quite a bit of different English skills. Crapshoot, until you get one one you can communicate with easily.

Becoming a member was a good decision. Anytime that I have a problem with my computer or other device the Geek Squad is always there. They are honest and do not try to force you to buy anything additional. My only complaint is that the store does not have a dedicated telephone line that you can call to make appointments.
