Product worked fast for nice and hot water for my coffee and tea!

Very good plan to have for parents of students when you buy computers. Also recently had a Roku TV that quit and had it replaced free of charge with this plan.

It is well worth purchasing this plan, I had to bring in my laptop 3 separate times for geek squad to help me fix. It would have cost me hundreds more anywhere else.

I have saved enough money where the membership has been "free" or "paid itself". I think it's a good thing to have. It includes Geek Squad and they will help with any electronic even if it wasn't purchased through Best Buy. Would highly recommend

I used Best Buy to get parts for my HP desktop. I also appreciated the help I got from the Geek Squad both at the store and a couple of house visits. Money's tight this year so I can't renew my membership, but I will if I have to.

I have used my Total membership several times, and have been happy with the ease of making an appointment, as well as the knowledgeable and friendly staff. It is a little expensive, but it is worth it for peace of mind and easy access to help.

I enjoy having Best Buy total membership I have had to use the insurance on some items and received great service in being able to replace the items. 200 dollars seems like a lot but can be beneficial in the long run. including the head start on Best Buy deals and credit card offers. I have personally recommended my friends and family to sign up if they do or plan to shop at Best Buy.

We love Best Buy app. Easy to use and shopping is great you can get any sales item and just drive there for pick up or curbside. It doesn’t get any easier. We have the protection plan too and it’s awesome covers a lot of fixes on products. Best Buy our favorite store!

The membership is a great value. In addition to all computer and electronic purchases, I now started purchasing appliances and have purchased my iPhones for the warranty protection that covers all these items. Again, a great value.

Normally I would not sign up for such services, mostly based on added cost. But Best Buy membership is different and love the membership. Recommended for anyone that makes any purchase's. Best Buy also has great pricing compared to most competitors.
