I bought a new computer that had bad software, even the geek squad couldn't fix it but they recommended I purchase a Total Membership. I did and my bad computer was promptly replaced. I bought a new AVR receiver and really appreciate the membership discount. There are a lot of perks with the Total Membership. Check them out.
