I'm glad I have my Best Buy total. Very good value.

I love the Total Membership, formerly Total Tech, formerly... just wish they stick to one branding and benefits. It was great during COVID whennthe PS5 released. They used to do free installations and mounting, I bought 3 TV's! I'm sure I wasn't the only one. Definitely worth it for peace of mind. 4 stars... but their app is only allowing 2... get it together BBY.

This membership has saved me so much money and peace of mind with the extra protection I get for being a total tech member. Never mind the free 2 years of any Apple care on any apple product.

If you can find a better offer I’d be shocked. You save a ton of money and there’s always additional perks thrown in on your purchase.

The annual subscription cost pays for itself in a few visits. Setting up an appointment is easy using the app amd the techs are a great source of knowledge and recommendations.

I love knowledge that if i have questions or problems i can get things taken care of quickly. Its great because my tech knowledge always needs improvement. I don't worry about my PC with this coverage.

If you make even one purchase a year this membership will make a difference. The inclusion of warranties saves me so much.

I have been a member of Best Buy Total for a couple of years. While it's not something I need on a regular basis, when I do it it's a great service to have. Although I haven't used all aspects of the program, the Geek Squad use has paid for the subscription.

This is not a bad deal when you think about it. Especially if you have a lot of electronics

I’m getting my moneys worth out of this membership. All of my items fall up under protection plans upon purchasing. The membership also allowed for free inhome measurements for appliance installs
