Absolute waste of money. When you schedule an appointment all they do is cancel. If you are a busy person like me, it's brutal. What good is the service if they never come to repair it? You pay up front, then you pay again when they come out. The only good thing is you don't have to pay the second time because they never show up.

I don't believe the value is worth the price. If you already use a warranty protection plan, why is this necessary? Just another thing they charge you for.

Autopay was applied for this membership without my knowledge. I called the first time and was told it couldn’t be refunded. I then called Citibank and disputed the charge and cancelled my card. I have not received my money back.

I didn’t say for it to auto renew when I bought it I am 2 months behind payments now

It covers NOTHING do not waste your money - pay that little 5% more for whatever you want and keep it moving anything that you need repaired is going to cost you $99 + extra dollars so save your $180.00

This membership did nothing for us. Everything we asked the geek squad to fix or help make better. They gave us a no-go.

didnt not cover the pen of my laptop as part of the purchase. they told me to go and talk to laptop company as it could be a manufacturing defect and my expensive policy with them does not cover it. They dont even help me contact the manufacturer.

I brought a washer and dryer was under the impression that i was buying a warranty for 3 years wasn't told it was a membership i would have to buy every year such a waste .

Terrible and I believe it is a scam. Not long after I canceled this membership because I was not using it, both computers under this membership failed me. They also blocked apple care from providing coverage. Apple care informed me that I would’ve had 28 days to reinstate my AppleCare but it was bought through Best Buy who would not provide the same policy.

A complete rip off which served no purpose. A waste of time purchasing

I highly disliked this membership. We pay for the membership but we still have to pay for repairs visits, equipment, & services. So in my opinion there is no reason to have this membership.

The person who sold me the product said they wouldn't charge me a single taka. When I went to get this insurance, they said they would charge me anywhere from $1 to $100.

This is A LOT of money for only 1 yr!!!! I never needed to use it. 6 months after cancelling my brand new almost $500 tablet won't turn on now!!!! Convenient!!!

Warranty protection only good if you continue to pay every year! Not a good value. Rip off scam to get money for zero benefit

I'm not sure what this "membership" provides. It would be a good idea to remind customers of it's value.

Not worth the cost. If you purchase an expensive appliance or home theater buy the regular protection, you will have better coverage that won't expire if you cancel the membership.
