This makes my 3rd iPad that I’ve owned. The first one completely wore out after traveling the world with me for about 20 years. The 2nd one has just now finally just about given out after about 10 years of hard use and 2 grandchildren. So, I think I’m due a new one.

It's peace of mind insurance for my electronics, and I love having it!

I was having a problem with my laptop that had a virus. The tech found the problem right away. He suggested I leave the laptop to do a through check and also to install several system up dates that did not complete their installation. Very pleased with their work.

Great value for what you get. I love the peace of mind of knowing that I’m covered if I buy from Best Buy. For a small yearly fee I get covered on items that I would be buying regardless at the same price whether I bought it on Amazon or some other retailer I just feel like my money goes further at Best Buy because of this program. Generally, it’s easier to just hop on the computer. Have it show up at your door sometimes same day through Amazon, but when the price is the same and you have greater coverage, Best Buy is easy to access great at keeping their website accurate for in stock items. they have plenty of locations and plenty of options. I really couldn’t be happier.

These guys know what they're doing! They fixed my computer including removing two virus that got through because I didn't renew my membership and used a free (!) virus protection program instead, which allowed those viruses to infect my computer. And they fixed it in just a few days! Membership is well worth the cost.

This membership has been well worth it for me. The member pricing alone makes a difference, and having access to Geek Squad support whenever I need it is a big plus. It also gives me peace of mind knowing my purchases can be protected if something goes wrong.

This membership is a bit pricey for what you actually get. Almost 200$ for basically extra protection and maybe some member only sales just isn't worth the price. If Best Buy were to reduce the price to like half I would probably restore my membership.

I just renewed my contract this year 2026 for another years to come. This is a peace of mine that Best Buy Gerk Squad team ms offers to endsure that anything breaks down no questions asks but honor the promises protection plan. Either Reoair it or Replace it.

I’ve been a total tech member for over 6 years. I can truly state that it’s the best purchase I’ve ever made at Best Buy. I have used the service for my home appliances and entertainment systems at my home. We recently started buying our apple phones and computers through Best Buy because of the benefits and sales. Free Apple Care and individual service that is excellent

Can't beat this Atmos sound from TV unit. I have it hooked to a Bose system but the TV sound is Very nice. The picture is awesome. DolbyVison? Yes it is worth it! All I heard was about the glare. I had a same sized Samsung (non Matte) and really cant tell the difference in glare. My room is not bright but not dark. I'm extremely impressed. This TV has surpassed my expectations and I'm still finding features. Oh and the remote pointer is pretty cool also.

This has been a great expedience for me to have a Best Buy membership. It covers so many things. My TV, dryer, laptop and appliances. It has saved me a lot of money in the long run and is well worth the investment. I would highly recommend investing in this service Best Buy offers!
