I think if you shop here a lot you could get a lot of use out of this membership. The 60 day return is a lot more useful than you think. Especially if you’re buying something expensive it really is worth it to have a backup plan. The hassle isn’t worth what you have to deal with if you’re outside the return period.

We needed to have our home desktop computer scanned for viruses. The associate told us about the membership. We were very happy with our service on our computer. The associates that we worked with were very pleasant and helpful for us old folks.

Not only is the menbership a great value, but the courtesy experienced is a plus. I appreciate not being pressed into purchasing or renewing. Choice in levels of coverage and how i have used really works for me. I have encouraged friends to join.

Roxy was so good to work with she took care of helping me with my computer. It was fix within 1 1/2 days like she said it would be. The technician that worked on my laptop made it run better than when I bought it. Thank you

I won’t stop renewing this plan. For everything I buy from Best Buy, I automatically get 2 year warranty (as long as I remain a member). I also often get offers for special pricing on items - sometimes with major discounts.

This was one of the best decisions I made at the beginning of 2026. I was somewhat scared to take on more debt. However, my beloved wife encouraged me to consider it an investment. I like having the membership because it gives me many options to view on sale items first before the public. I also like that when I purchased an item that it gives longer time to review the item once purchased for a return. It’s just a good thing to have.

I bought this plan after I already purchased a television that I had somewhat immediate issues with. This was an ongoing project and the installation took me past my return period on the television I purchased without total membership, and that's when I started finding issues with my purchase of the television. I wish I had gotten this ahead of time. Even though I haven't had personal experience from a total membership product warranty/replacemen yet, however I just wish I had local support from TOTAL rather than the dead ends I've been getting in resolving my issues with the television manufacturer.

Membership is a real asset, being able to have someone help you with your computer problem is a lifesaver. They are so knowledgeable, patient and treat you with respect. Cerritos, California store and staff are great

Over the years Our family has purchased all our major products from Best Buy . In the last ninety days I spent $3000.00 on the New Apple Computer system. I needed service and it was great. If you want great products and customer service. Make Best Buy your first choice.

We have not had to use our membership yet, but we did get very good advice from the Geek Squad when we needed their help. We did change from McAfee to Webroot for better peace of mind concerning our laptop. Thank you Geek Squad.

The membership has a lot of value for what you pay for. The extended return window, the additional discounts on products, and the extended warranty to name a few. It gives you a peace of mind that’s well worth the cost.

My husband transferred all of our info from our old computer to our new one and it was a mess. Took it to Geek Squad, they could see that our problem was not a simple one so they offered the membership plan and we jumped on it. It was a great decision. It took them a little while to straighten it all out but what it would have cost us across the board with no membership would have been substantial I am sure. Thank God for the membership plan.

Gives a person an opportunity to ask questions if they need. Issue I have is the number called, unless you have a direct number to the store, could be from anywhere and sometimes they are very hard to understand. Geek Squad also always wants you to bring in your computer and gear. Don't seem to want to do it over the phone.

I bought new phones for us and never would haven been able to transfer from the old phones without no-cost help from the GEEK squad. The salesperson was very helpful and the squad was simply the best. Plus the price discount helped. The membership is worth every penny.

Buying at Best Buy for many years I never used the geek squad before now. But finding myself being hacked on my computer I turned to the squad to help and they did. Then I find the added benefits of the yearly membership I wish I used this years ago.
