I have always been able to fix PC problems on my own. But when my wife who is a gamer started having freeze ups in a a game I finally ran into a brick wall. I signed up for Best Buy Total to use the Geek Squad. I was impressed with their service. The techs are friendly and very skilled. I had not spent much time in Best Buy's for years, but using the Geek Squad I discovered that Best Buy has the best deals on electronics and appliances! I check out in store specials whenever I am there, and I like the emails on their deals. Staff is very friendly and NO pressure sales people. Plus they have a clean rest room!

I have this membership and I think it’s a great plan to have. I have used the membership on several occasions and the Geek Squad have been fantastic. It has certainly given me a peace of mind knowing I have them in my corner if I need them. Recommend taking out a plan with them.

These guys are great. They are always willing to help and if the don’t have any answers, they will ask upper management for help. Basically buy all your electronic products at Best Buy. Something goes wrong, they got you covered. My wife’s iPhone screen protector cracked the other day and since we bought it at Best Buy they replaced it for free with my total membership.. I also left my beats in my pants pocket and wash them, I took it to Best Buy and they couldn’t help me out at that one but referred me to another Best Buy nearby or an apple store and I was able to get them replaced for only $29 since they have the AppleCare coverage. That’s what’s great, they work with all their manufacturers to help their customers out. Definitely recommend!

The premier membership is a pretty good value. This past year not only did it get me better warranties and pricing on installation, but with the 90 day return window you’re eligible for price decrease benefits.

So far so good! Highly recommend it! Lets face it, you buy an Apple product at the Apple Store, and you have to pay extra for an extended warranty. It makes a lot of sense to buy at Best Buy with this membership. ALSO, we all have Bose Noise cancelling headsets. We bought a new one at Best Buy, and a few months later, it had some issues. We brought it back to the story, no questions asked (other than the obvious) and it was replaced on the spot. It is well worth it, and has already paid for itself.

Love the membership. I get discounts and warranties for most purchases. Its used enough for the cost of the membership. If you shop at best buy often, i would highly recommend thus!

I used the my Best Buy total membership to have my computer fixed. Someone hacked my computer and the geeks fixed it. The Membership paid for the fix.

I recently used Geek Squad for computer diagnostics and cleaning, and the service was excellent. The team was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They cleaned the dust, checked the cooling system, and made sure the computer was running perfectly. They also reviewed my water cooling system and made helpful recommendations without trying to sell unnecessary parts. The turnaround time was much faster than I expected, and the price was fair for the level of service and expertise. Overall, the Geek Squad made the entire experience easy and stress-free. My blue tooth lists these as JLab Epic Sport. I primarily use these when walking my dogs. I needed something that wrapped around my ears so they stayed on. I found the ones that connected all the way around the back of my head were too big. I found the ones that have the bar that rests on my neck and have a wire that connects to the ear bud keep falling out. These fit perfectly for what I use them for. I even used them when snow blowing the driveway. Great quality. But, they do hurt when have been on my ears after a few hours. Probably should not be wearing them for hours on end. Just saying.
