I have been purchasing a lot of product at Best Buy especially tablets, phones, watches, computers, tvs, since my kids were in mdle school. My kids are adults now. So it would be wise for me to purchase a yearly subscription.

Exceptional valued membership and warranty protection

I’ve been a Best Buy total member for over two years and I absolutely love it. Very cost effective.

This membership has worked perfectly for me and simplified aspects of certain products that can come with some factory problems.

This membership, while not inexpensive, is a hood value for me. I am technically illiterate in part due to lack of interest + in part due to not growing up with all these technologies. I like the help that is iffered and the extended return period.

This membership is an amazing value. If you do the "math", you will pay less with the complete package purchase on most items. An example is that you get "Apple care" on Apple products. I have recently purchased three Apple products and my Total membership covers it all..!!!!

As a buisness owner, this membership gives me peace of mind. We just had an employees laptops screen malfunction and it was so easy to go into Best Buy and get it fixed. This membership has saved me a ton of money in costs and repairs!

Definitely overpriced, and it just went up another $20. I do like the convenience of where it is to where I live not too far if I need something for emergency. The trade in value definitely is horrendous and well under anyone else’s value. The “free” protection plan is nice when needed.

Great product- 2 nd or third from Best Buy- great prices - great representation and knowledgeable employees!!

I was able to use my Total Membership covering several items I purchased AND was able to get my computer diagnosed after a hack. Saved me a lot of money. My only concern was when my Credit card was charged for renewal WITHOUT knowing it was up for renewal.

No i bought an 800 dollar scotter that i had problems with as i couldn't find a person who fixed flats it was raell hard for me to do it it and when i called best buy they couldn't help there best buy treatment was take it in side the store and see if they can help you yeah you know how big and heavy that scotter is and then with a dangling tirecause that electric wire you cant take off so imagine trying to work around it while crying to put a new one in you cant cause you've never done it o was not satisfied with how best buy can sell such an experience model scotter knowing that the location whete they sold it to me has no repair shops around to help me fix such a problem so now i have a pile of garbage in my garge that cost me 800 dollars only about a 11/2 old in great condition but i cant find someone to help install a tube in the tire btw i had to change that tire serval times before and evertime it o ly lasted about a week before i had to cahnge it again the riding capacity is 200 my son only weights 150 i cant figure out why it wont work and best dont care as long as as they get there money

Total membership definitely worth the money. I have no problem if I need to make a return or if I need service done really worth the investment

The membership, while pricy, does provide value if you buy enough products from Best Buy, particularly the inclusion at no additional cost of AppleCare+ for any Apple product.

It gives me great comfort having this backup my purchases.

The product is magnificent, more functional than I expected, I would definitely recommend it.
